During this months’ Sistah Circle we focused on Reflection and Manifestation, featuring Pink Tourmaline and Citrine! We had a bomb ass discussion during The Group Chat and even more fun while we recorded the podcast recap! --- We started the Sistah Circle Session off by taking a moment to ground ourselves while doing some intentional breathing. This quick exercise was great because it allowed us clarity to focus and relax before we began our conversation. We also shared some cool facts about one another, including our go-to empowerment songs (most of which have been added to the Song of The Day Playlist on my Apple Music Profile) and our superpowers! We discussed our thoughts and feelings as they related to finding, visualizing, and manifesting our purpose/destiny, also we shared the steps required of us to move forward and ascend to that desired level.
