I’m just running between two meetings, but I thought I’d take a second to record a quick meditation to help manage work stress and issues. Namaste and Slay Every Day.
I've been running this last year like mad. Things are so busy. Maybe that's the same for you? This quick meditation gives me some much needed hiding in a closet time to breathe and imagine light.
I don't know about you but I'm tired, anxious and stressed still. I thought this year was supposed to be better but things are still off. Come sit with me for 5 minutes and breathe.
Take a moment to recognize when the drama seems to end. We pay a lot of attention to dramatic events and feelings but sometimes forget to notice when that stops, so it feels like we are in a constant state of churn. I was observing humans the other day and realized that a lot of time is spent trying to make someone feel the same way you do. People are so wonderful and complicated.
We can be SO hard on ourselves. This is an opportunity to say thank you to all the hard work we do in this world. And a reminder to cut yourself some slack!
