On Friday the Trojans put the pads on for the first time before Saturday's closed Coliseum workout. The team was back out in full pads on Tuesday and Wednesday, with several offensive and defensives players speaking to the media after practice as well as head coach Lincoln Riley. The crew was at all of the open workouts and share their thoughts on which players were out or limited so far, some of the unique special teams drills we have seen, how some of the young players are coming along and what differences they have seen with new defensive coordinator Gary Patterson running things on that side of the ball.
