Do you love mornings as much as I do, listen in as I talk friends, family and peers about what they think makes a great or Good Morning. What is the best routine and how can we start off the day running with the best intentions? Don't worry, I'm still trying to figure it out too!
Hey y'all! Bryan here again with what are called my journal entries or audio entries. Don't worry if you haven't been following along, you haven't missed much as I'm still in the growing phase of this show. What started out as show geared towards morning routines and what makes a great routine to help us take on the day has turned into a self exploration space for me to dump my thoughts for now. Is that selfish? I don't think so, but just a space for me put my ideas and if anyone takes a thing or two from them, then that's a win. For now, enjoy my journey as I focus on excelling at the marathon and working towards a full time career in the Road Racing/Running Events Space.
Welcome back, just checking with y'all and myself. Nothing crazy going on, just working towards goals!
Rough and uncut review of the beginning of my 2023. To running the Boston Marathon and knowing sometimes even the good things come to an end.
If you're tuning in for the first time, the last episode is the first of what is an unknown period of myself taking a break from major social media. Connecting with myself, focusing on my goals for the year, and helping those around achieve theirs in anyway I can. I'll be releasing an episode each week, recapping my life basically, with the hopes that one day I can look back at all these stories and experiences, and see how far I've come. Here's to another beautiful week, and don't be afraid to go after that thing you always wanted to do. Cheers!
Although I will be posting on here on a weekly bases as the new goal, I will be taking a break from most social media. Not sure for how long at this point, but timing is just right as I ramp up training again for this years goals in the marathon, and start to travel/work more events. Time to disconnect from a lot of the outside noise that can sometimes fill our heads and time, not in a bad way, but to get back to more present self. Am I doing things for the myself? On my own terms and schedule? These episodes will be sent out to people close to me, but if you feel like it's worth sharing, feel free to do so, and hope y'all follow along. Going to be quite the year. Cheers!
Morning y'all! Meagan Krifchin returns for a second time on the show to talk about her crazy, fun, not planned three-peat of running the New York City Marathon, Philadelphia Marathon, and PRing at CIM (California International Marathon). Her eyes were set for NY, but felt like she had some in her. We catch up with her where we talked right before Boston ‘22, what's helped her get back to being healthy, and been the difference in training this year.
Intro Beats by the dude himself, Ari Klau… check him out! What's up! Glad to see you here you again for another episode of GMB. This time we have Tim Rossi on the show, who is the host of the Bandit Running Podcast ‘Fast & Loose'. One of the creators of the Lost Boys Track Club, and a native New Yorker who takes his energy and love for the sport of running to another level. Tim will definitely be on the show, but listen in and let me know what you think of our conversation. Thanks again y'all!
How's it going everyone! Back this weekend with another episode, where I talk to Mak Smith, an amazing, strong, multi-sport athlete, and growing content creator. I catch up with her to see how the past couple months have been as she has been taking on all new challenges, change, and how her prep is going for her upcoming 100 miler race. Thanks for listening and let me know what you think of our conversation!
Good morning everyone! Todays episode I'm super happy to share my conversation with Alex Hetzig the other day. And is my first in person interview, that went pretty good, especially in the technical side. No problems, before or after, so that's all a win. I talk to Alex about his journey into running/triathlon scene, but also how he came to create RunWithMe, which is a coaching service where he helps people new to the running space, get to the start line. Whether that's a 5k, 10k, half marathon, or even a marathon. We're all learning everyday, and by no means are experts on any of these topics, but by the actual experience of going through these events by training, racing, researching, and seeing what works with others. We just want to share our thought with all of you, and take what you will. Follow us: Alex Hetzig Instagram TikTok RunWithMe Bryan Loza (Host) Instagram TikTok Cheers!!

Good Morning Everyone! It's crazy how an event/race can convince, and push someone to do something that they never thought otherwise. I know it it happened to me, and same happened to Kathy Derks. The Boston Marathon was the push to get her into the sport, and now she finds herself running it for the first time finally, but in the women's elite field. While having a full time job, being an unsponsored athlete, Kathy explains how she's worked her way to the start line, and what it takes to find balance. If you haven't already, check out the previous episodes of other incredible women in the elite women's field and let me know what you think Instagram: https://instagram.com/bryanaustinloza?r=nametag Follow along with Kathy Instagram https://instagram.com/kathy_derks?utm_medium=copy_link Music: Ari Klau https://instagram.com/archmdz?utm_medium=copy_link
Good Morning Everyone! Today we have Professional Runner Maegan Krifchin from the Atlanta Track Club on the show. With almost a decades worth of experience in the sport, we talk about the up's and downs of her journey, and how she's been able to continue getting to the start line. This will be her first appearance at the Boston Marathon and maybe we'll get to have her back on after the race to see how it went and what's next leading up to the Trials next year. If you are enjoying this mini series, let me know what you think, I would love some feedback! Instagram: https://instagram.com/bryanaustinloza?r=nametag Cheers! Back with another episode highlighting the women's pro field for the Boston Marathon, and we're talking with Joanna Thompson of On Zap Endurance. Main take away from the conversation is on ways of how to balance between pursuing a career in journalism post graduate school, and continuing to compete at the elite level in the marathon. Both take a great deal of time and effort, but Joanna gives us insight as to how she's made it work out. Tune in April 18th to watch Joanna and all the other incredible women take on Boston. Let me know know what you thought of the episode, and have a great day. Instagram: https://instagram.com/bryanaustinloza?r=nametag Cheers! With the Boston Marathon approaching, I wanted to shed some light on the womens pro field, get to know who's running, and of course what their morning routines look like. I've been bummed to see the lack of exposure that these amazing athletes get, and although it's getting better, I want to add to the conversation. I talk to Dakotah Lindwurm in this episode who is part of the Minnesota Distance Elite Team and part of the Puma Team. Listen in and make sure to tune in to this years Boston Marathon to cheer her on!

Good Morning again from my living room! I hope all of you are doing amazing, and are ready for another episode! This time we dive into the world of triathlon, and talk to the Strug Pro that is taking over YouTube, Ari Klau ! On a journey to become a professional triathlete, Ari and I give you a crash course on what he's been up to the past couple months to make that a reality. Growing his YouTube following, making fire beats, quitting his job, moving across the country, and what was the real push to get him on this path. Of course we touch on his morning routine, as it involves a SPRO or two, and what really gets him out the door everyday. Up till this point I had only knew Ari through his YouTube, so it was unreal to have this convo with him and get the full Ari experience.
