You see lightning before you hear thunder. At the sight of lightning you can actually count down the seconds until you hear thunder to find out how many miles that lighting strike is. You need action first before motivation can play its role. Motivation is forever fleeting, yet your actions is consistent. It's a matter of how you choose to take action. This episode goes over the correlation between action and motivation, the struggle between the 2, and how your ego can help or hurt you, As always there are some actionable take aways that you can apply right away to help your growth TODAY.
