Zach, Ryan, and Topher go over the consensus top 12 running backs between the brothers. Things get more and more wild the further down the list we go.
This week, we were down a Christopher but added an exotic human being in Spence (@JTRB1). We talked about if a hot dog is a sandwich, Adam proclaimed from the mountain tops his love for TB12, and judgement was rendered in a new segment. We also covered our top 12 QBs. You know, fantasy football.
This week, we reviewed the NFL Draft and the fantasy impact for 16 players. The resounding theme: Volume is King. Christopher dropped some knowledge on a 7th rounder, we debuted "Stand Your Ground", and Adam got Christopher to Ron Burgundy in an exotic fashion.
While we were down a Zach, we still kept moving along. We broke down the key NFC offseason changes, everyone lost at the quiz, and Ryan is going to owe at $20 for a really bad take. Also, watch this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1jlLUWjwDo
Zach forgot to write a question of the day, so we just had to wing it. Then, we each covered two points for each division for the AFC, so 8 things to note from the offseason for each. Then, Adam tries a new quiz game, and the brothers knew a little more than his research had led him to. It was quite embarrassing.
Your favorite unpopular fantasy analysts are back, and we are starting off our season with a Kurt Klassic: The Sabotage Draft. Additionally, we revamped our content and all got on Twitter to provide more fantasy content. Finally, Ryan got older and we think he will have to sport a 'stache because he got sabotaged.
With the fantasy playoffs just around the corner, matchups are going to play a huge part in making it there. With that in mind, we did twice as much Play or Stay as normal to help you hone in on week 12 winners. We also debuted a new segment, Playoff Primer, to get you ready, whether you are already in or just need the win. Have a great and safe Thanksgiving!
The fearsome four was whole this week, as the sultry tones of Zach return to your eagerly awaiting ears. We talked about how to avoid the Bears this week with injuries and COVID, learned that we did pretty good on our previous MVP and Z predictions and gave a few more, and the Zach brought his trade attacks back: Go get Hockenson. We got the uploading issues resolved, so podcasts will be out before Thursday night games going forward.
EJ Snyder brought the fire this week, as we are temporarily Zach-less. Swift was a spike, Aaron Rodgers was a yikes, and Adam is really scared about Zeke's future.
We are a small podcast with a huge guest on this week: Brett Kollmann. He was on last year and decided he liked us enough to come back. We brought back Pick a Side to highlight a trade between Adam and Topher, asked Brett who his fantasy winners would be, and highlighted the Dolphins team in the Adam's Add'ems.
So, we realize this is a week late. We have a communication chain things are passed along, and with a sickness and interviews, the ball was dropped. We decided to still release it, and will be releasing week 6 with a very special return guest: Brett Kollmann
Christopher was back this week, and led off with some content pushing the boundaries. We talked about who we are panicking about, played some Keep, Trade, Cut, and the NFC North ruled over Adam's Add'ems. Also, according to Zach's trade attacks, buy low on Mark Andrews and sell high on Devin Singletary. Pivot from the Lizard King folks. Pivot.
Unfortunately, Christopher was not with us this week, but we had our good friend Andy sub in for him. He has a gambling problem, and loses a lot to the Kurt Krew. This week was one of the worst injury riddled weeks in memory, so you need to be ready to PIVOT. Keep an eye on the Cardinals backfield, target key adds this week because of injuries, and tell your loved ones you loved them. Life is too short not to share.
Football happened, and it was great. We did our Spikes and Yikes segment, talked about Minshew and Benny Snell a lot in both the News and Notes and the Adam's Add'ems. Christopher recommended cutting a lot of RBs and Eric Ebron after his 1 catch. Ryan led us through some play or stays which were contentious, Zach mentioned his trade targets, and we debuted a new segment in hilarious fashion. Oh, Snap!
Football is finally here this week, and we are so relieved to have something to do with COVID happening. This week, we doled out some week 1 advice, went full Ross on some PIV-OTs, provided bold fantasy predictions, and played some Play or Stay. The predictions have Minshew finishing at least 10 spots ahead of Rodgers. This is the content you have been craving.
This week we had an exotic guest from the Twitter world in Jon Helpkemp. He dropped a devy of fantasy knowledge on us for you, flexed his fantasy prominence in the humblest of fashions, and showed up in the discord video chat with a beard of magnitude proportions. We also talked about our favorite draft strategies, which could help you win your league.
With training camps being in full swing, we had a lot of injury news and updates, and we gave our key COVID tip for the year. Additionally, we dove into the first 8 rounds of ADP to figure out some players we like and dislike the values of, and talked at length about them to give you fantasy insight.
For the first time outside of the #1 ranking, we actually had a player ranked the same with Mark Andrews. TEs were pretty steady into the middle rounds, but then everyone is looking for the next Mark Andrews. Decide whether it is worth it to pay up for the early TEs or choice your late round fliers.
Whatever you do, play players against the Jaguars. They are not going to be good in that secondary, which means our WRs 16-30 could put up legendary numbers against them. Brandin Cooks almost started a fight, and everyone is afraid of what the Chargers QB situation could mean for the receivers.
We are breaking down part 1 of our WR rankings today and this could be our most divisive section ever! We promise there will be tears. Maybe not on air, but there will be tears. Chris Godwin leads the charge in with a high ranking of 2, and a low ranking of 18. You have to go with who you believe in.
The next 16 RBs were covered this week, as we had a tie at the 30th position. We had some large differences, but they were an accurate reflection our risk ratings from last week. This section covered pass catching backs or those who have guaranteed volume, with some high ceiling handcuffs slipping into the end.
Today, we discuss the elite of the elite RBs for the 2020 season, and you would be surprised where players like Aaron Jones and Alvin Kamara finish. We only covered 15 this week, but we also talked about the risk of some of the middle round backs so you can contrast what you are looking at if you do not get a running back early.
This week, we talked through our top 20 QBs for the 2020 season. We glanced over the ones we ranked closely, and dove deep into some controversy, and really got Ryan worked up. Then, we took the fate of the universe into our hands and chose between 2 teams of unlikely champions. This is the content you wait for every week.
One of our most listened to episodes last year was the sabotage draft, so we decided to bring it back. This year, Christopher was able to be here, and he really liked the Bears QB competition. Ryan managed to get lucky again, Adam was forced to take a Packers WR, and Zach took a top 10 QB from 2019. We just had fun, and so should you
We are back and more exotic than ever! This year, we have transitioned to a better format, with a main focus, regular news and notes updates, and a lot more fun to close out the show. This week we talked about the top finishers in the 2019 season, and whether or not they will hold their position.
