When the 2021 NFL schedule came out, Buffalo Bills fans immediately circled Week 5 on their calendars, the week the Bills return to Arrowhead Stadium for a showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of the AFC Championship game. On the latest episode of the Billieve Podcast, hosts John Boccacino and Jamie D'Amico have everything you need to know to get ready as Buffalo looks to earn a statement win on Sunday Night Football. Among the topics discussed: Josh Allen had two of the worst performances of his career in losses to the Chiefs in 2020, including in the AFC title game. What can Allen do to settle into a groove and solve Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo's aggressive defense? Is this a statement game for the Bills? Why, despite a matchup of two of the league's top aerial attacks, unlocking the ground game could hold the key to winning Sunday night's primetime clash. The important role that rookie offensive lineman Spencer Brown holds to unleashing Zack Moss, Devin Singletary and the rushing attack. How Buffalo's ground game has enjoyed a solid start to the season, and why the Bills should be able to run on the Chiefs. Why veteran wideout Emmanuel Sanders could help Allen avoid a repeat of the erratic performances from last year against the Chiefs. How it is important for Greg Rousseau, Jerry Hughes, Mario Addison, A.J. Epenesa and Buffalo's front four to generate pressure on Patrick Mahomes, without resorting to exotic blitzes. The X-factor to Buffalo's defensive successes so far through four weeks? Defensive tackle Star Lotulelei. What, if anything, the Bills can do to contain prolific tight end Travis Kelce. Whether defensive coordinator/assistant head coach Leslie Frazier should follow a similar game plan to last year, when the Bills allowed running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire to get his while sitting back and not allowing Mahomes to pick the D apart. Boccacino and D'Amico then offer up their score predictions for the game. Feel free to leave yours in the comments section. Fresh off their first shutout victory in nearly five years, the Buffalo Bills return home to face the Washington Football Team in a Week 3 showdown. On the latest episode of the Billieve Podcast, hosts John Boccacino and Jamie D'Amico have everything you need to know to get ready as Buffalo looks for its first home win of the year. Among the topics discussed: Why returning to an old fashioned offensive game plan, featuring plenty of runs for Devin Singletary, Zack Moss, and Josh Allen should help neutralize Washington's talented front four, led by Chase Young and Montez Sweat. How Allen is reverting to his bad habits from the 2019 season, and the simple fix he can make to get back on track and regain his accuracy in the passing game. How wide receivers Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley, Emmanuel Sanders, and Gabriel Davis have the clear edge in their one-on-one matchups against Washington's secondary. Why A.J. Epenesa, Jerry Hughes, Greg Rousseau, Ed Oliver and the resurgent defensive line should once again be able to take advantage of a weak Washington offensive line. How a bulked-up Epenesa has become a wrecking ball on the defensive line. The strengths and weaknesses of Washington quarterback Taylor Heinicke, and how he will attack Buffalo's defense. Breaking down the pivotal matchup of Washington wide receiver Terry McLaurin vs. All Pro cornerback Tre'Davious White. What Buffalo's defense needs to do to neutralize Washington's 1-2 running back tandem of Antonio Gibson and JD McKissic. Boccacino and D'Amico then offer up their score predictions for the game. It's finally here: the start of the Buffalo Bills 2021 season! The Bills have legit Super Bowl aspirations, and Buffalo kicks off its most anticipated season in years on Sunday afternoon, welcoming the Pittsburgh Steelers to Highmark Stadium. On the latest episode of the Billieve Podcast, hosts John Boccacino and Jamie D'Amico have everything you need to know to get ready for the opener. Among the topics discussed: How will Buffalo's revamped defensive line and rejuvenated pass rush fare against a Steelers' offensive line featuring four new starters? Can Levi Wallace hold his own against the more physical Steelers wideouts? Will the Bills be able to slow down rookie Najee Harris and the Pittsburgh ground game? Will Brian Daboll speed up the offense, and will he employ more 10 personnel (one running back, one tight end, four wide receivers)? How will Josh Allen fare against the vaunted Steelers pass rush and dangerous secondary? Can the offensive line, and in particular the two guards, step up and create time for Allen and holes for Devin Singletary, Zack Moss, Matt Breida and the rushing attack? Boccacino and D'Amico then offer up their score predictions for the game. Feel free to leave yours in the comments section. The Buffalo Bills ran their preseason win streak to seven with a thoroughly dominant 41-15 trouncing of the Chicago Bears Saturday afternoon at Soldier Field. There was plenty to like from the win, along with several areas where the Bills can improve, and on the latest episode of the Billieve Podcast, hosts John Boccacino and Jamie D'Amico give you their thoughts on what they liked and what they didn't like after Buffalo improved to 2-0 this preseason. Among the players who made a favorable impression on our podcasters: Quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who effectively ran Brian Daboll's offense, guiding the Bills to touchdowns on their first four possessions while completing 20 of 28 passes for 221 yards and a touchdown. Rookie edge rusher Greg Rousseau, who came up with a sack and three quarterback hurries on just nine snaps. Fellow defensive ends A.J. Epenesa and Carlos "Boogie" Basham Jr., who helped Buffalo's pass rush generate four sacks and 12 QB hits while causing chaos in the backfield. Running backs Devin Singletary and Zack Moss, who averaged 7.0 yards per carry in rushing for 42 yards on six carries. Singletary eluded the defense and broke off a 14-yard touchdown run on fourth-and-one, while Moss nearly scored on a nifty 11-yard scamper. Wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie, who rebounded from an early muff of a punt to catch seven passes for 72 yards. Tackle Spencer Brown, who played well at both left and right tackle and held his own going up against Khalil Mack. Wide receiver/returner Marquez Stevenson, who broke off an electrifying 79-yard punt return for a TD. Tight end Jacob Hollister, who might be pushing Dawson Knox for the TE1 role. Safety Damar Hamlin and cornerbacks Rachad Wildgoose and Nick McCloud. Those whose performances were less than stellar included: Tackle Bobby Hart, whose poor play along the offensive line could get one of Buffalo's quarterbacks hurt. Tight end Dawson Knox, who continues to struggle with drops and consistency. Quarterbacks Davis Webb and Jake Fromm, who failed to build upon a successful preseason opener. Cornerback Siran Neal, who was badly beaten on a long touchdown pass before halftime. Injuries, as Brown, Stevenson, Harrison Phillips, Dane Jackson (stinger), and Tommy Doyle all left the game with injuries. Greg Tompsett of @Cover1 Bills & Fantasy gives us the lowdown on how Josh Allen became an MVP candidate in both the NFL and fantasy, and how he makes others so much better. None other than Stefon Diggs, who has some TD upside he could tap into in 2021. The RB battle between Zach Moss and Devin Singletary gets quite the workout, as does the crowded WR room of Emmanuel Sanders, Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis. Since Greg is also a fantasy expert, so we went into some players in the NFL. And he mentions some tacos in NYC that sound deliciosos! Gracias Greg! Paul is joined by Jeff Abercrombie (@thesofascout) to discuss their overall dynasty running back rankings. This is the first time at Saturday2Sunday that they have created overall dynasty rankings. This episode is part two of a four part series where they will go through each position and share some of their rankings, differences in rankings and challenges to creating the rankings.  The first part of the podcast Paul and Jeff discuss how they approach creating their running back rankings for dynasty and the different approaches rankers can take based on the short life span of running backs.  During the second part of the podcast Paul and Jeff share their top 24 overall dynasty running back rankings and share some thoughts on some of the biggest surprises in their rankings. The next part of the podcast Paul and Jeff discuss some of their key differences in the top 24. The running backs discussed in detail include Joe Mixon, Nick Chubb, Derrick Henry, Ezekial Elliot, Najee Harris, D'Andre Swift, Antonio Gibson, Aaron Jones, Cam Akers and others.  In the next segment, Paull and Jeff discuss some of their differences in their RB 3 and 4 rankings. The players discussed include Tony Pollard, Devin Singletary, Zach Moss, Raheem Mostert and David Johnson.  These rankings will be posted for free after all four dynasty episodes are aired for the podcast. These will be updated from time to time. In addition, these rankings will be added to the new S2S Premium Notebooks released in September. The dynasty rankings in there will be more in depth and updated more frequently.  Sponsors: Scouting Academy Hosts: Matt Caraccio (@matty_S2S) Paul Perdichizzi (@paulie23ny) Editor: David Nakano (@KawikaNakano) Website: Saturday2SundayFootball (@s2sfootball)

Host Ian Hartitz breaks down the fantasy football value of the Bills backfield ahead of the 2021 season. Basically everything went right for this Bills offense in 2020, except for enabling a fantasy-friendly running back. This doesn't mean either Devin Singletary or Zack Moss are bad; they each boast their fair share of strengths and weaknesses like any other professional running back. Rather, Josh Allen's tendencies to scramble and not check the ball down has made it tough for any running back to thrive in Buffalo since 2018. The good news for Moss: he might just have a pretty damn good chance of taking over in 2021, and his cost is affordable as hell. Ian concludes the podcast with Moss and Singletary's specific fantasy ranking as well as a rIANt about people caring too much about being verified on Twitter.

How about a couple of guys who are not currently the starter for their respective teams (14:10)? We're talking Trey Lance and Taysom Hill. And at TE, Heath makes the case for O.J. Howard (19:40) ... Sleeper RBs (22:40) include James Conner, Gus Edwards and Latavius Murray. None of these guys are being drafted in the Top 100. And at WR (32:10), can Antonio Brown actually be the best Bucs WR?
