Let's get back to the good ol' days of Marvel. It seems like Marvel might need to take some notes from earlier films, so we are reviewing Captain America: The First Avenger. Kai and Bryn dissect what makes a truly great origin story, and what will hopefully happen for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The Mercado Kids are back with Kai's Batman movie pick of Batman Returns! With the dark and twisty mind of Tim Burton backing this film, it is one of the most unique Batman movies to grace the screen. And let's not forget the ever present and most important theme....snow. Whether you love it or hate it, we can all agree that Michell Pfifer is the best Catwoman ever right? Or is that just Kai's opinion?
Your eyes do not deceive you. The Mercado Kids are actually discussing a DC Movie! This week we start a new series where each Mercado Kid will pick their favorite Batman movie to review leading up to the release of The Batman in March. This week's pick is Bryn's personal favorite, Batman Begins. Take a look at Christopher Nolan's dark and grounded interpretation of the Batman origin story.
Turns out we CAN talk about Spider-Man a little more. We couldn't wrap up our Spider Series without giving the kids a chance to speak about Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
