This was such a vulnerable yet uplifting conversation with so many profound moments. Some of the key points they shared: •Learn to give it to God and trust Him •Sometimes you may need to channel your time and energy into something else other than the issue (distract yourself maybe?) •Choose positivity •It is okay to ask God questions •Still show up at places that can uplift your spirit even when you don't feel like it or feel like it's changing anything in you •Talk to people you trust. Evaluate the people around you and choose who you feel would understand you •Have faith •Find people who are going through similar situations or support groups •The level of help, support and guidance you'd get during these kind of seasons is usually dependent on the type of friendships and relationships you developed before then. So learn to discern relationships you should keep and create a circle of people around you that are supportive • Encourage yourself with the Word •Challenge yourself sometimes. Praise, worship or pray even when you do not feel like it •Truly believe that God is GOOD •God has a purpose for your life •Do not live in isolation, find people that can pray for you •You are responsible for your own life so find what works for you and own your season!
