As you all may know I've gone through some rough patches in my life… I've experienced losses that have left me feeling alone and destitute, but by the grace of God, my kids, my community and family, I have been given supernatural strength to persevere. With that I've also found the need to seek bereavement counseling and document my feelings and grief journey. Through journaling and creating an audio diary I have been able to filter through my feelings. My diary has become my outlet, without any restrictions. There is no schedule, no perfect time to post or being grammatically correct here. It is only room for me to be me… Mia Jaye --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/miajayestoolbox/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/miajayestoolbox/support
