Maris Degener 's story is so inspiring for people dealing depression and with eating disorders. We wanted to share a little bit of her journey with all of you. We focus on the importance of yoga in her life and how she has continued to grow. She truly gave us a lot to think about when it comes to our own children and know she will do the same for you!
