In this episode I am joined by special co-host Callie Cooley, MSU Extension Agent from Yellowstone County.  We interview MSU Extension Agents Rose Malisani, Katie Hatlelid and Allison Kosto and discuss the challenges with being full-time producers and full-time agents.

I sit down with MSU Extension Specialists Jane Mangold, Tim Seipel and Noelle Orloff to discuss controlling invasive plants through IPM.  

In this episode I am again joined by some of our Extension Specialists to discuss Integrated Pest Management.  For this episode Horticulture Specialist Abi Saeed, Arthropod Diagnostician Laurie Kerzicnik, and WARC Superintendent Zach Miller sit with me discuss why IPM is such an integral component to the health of pollinator systems in Montana.

This episode starts us off on a six part special that focuses on Integrated Pest Management and how it is used across Montana by producers and professionals.   In this episode we take a broad look at what IPM means in three different agriculture sectors in Montana.

This episode will take a brief detour from agriculture and focus on MSU Extension as a whole.   Extension Agent Jackie Rumph, Extension Specialist Tara Mastel and Extension Executive Director Cody Stone join me as special guests.  In this episode we take a look at MSU Extension’s place in Montana.  We discuss how Extension develops programming that supports all of Montana across multiple disciplines and needs.  And of course we mention the impact that Covid-19 has had on our organization and the way we provide our programming. 

Joel Schumacher, Brent Roeder and Ben Hauptman join me as we discuss the impacts of 2020.  We'll take a look at the economical and environmental surprises that came about in the last 12 months.

During this episode we discuss our experiences with weeds and what the impact of invasive species has in Montana. This episode has been split into two parts, with part two being uploaded Friday June 5th.

This episode I sit down with Laurie Kerzicnik, Eva Grimme, and Noelle Orloff, three of the Schutter Diagnostic Lab diagnosticians. We spend the episode discussing the purpose and the unique samples these three have seen submitted to the lab.
