After being diagnosed legally blind I really struggled the first 2 years and I wanted to share that it's not easy to go through it and it's work to go back being independent.

talking about my very first episode and recapping it and explaining how my journey has been in the past 5 years being diagnosed with a vision loss and how it's been going.

i wanted to give some tips on what to say and what not to say to someone who is legally blind or blind to be aware that we are people too.
