How easy is it to simply stop giving as much of a fuck in life? In Sarah Knight's book, The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F**k, she teaches her readers on how to rid themselves of unwanted obligations, shame and guilt, helping those interested invest their time, energy and money (the holy trinity of fucks), into people, activities and things that bring them joy and elevate their life.
