The Hinterland 2023 lineup is here! Bon Iver, Zach Bryan, and Maggie Rogers headline the St. Charles, IA music festival next summer and the boys are stoked! We break down the rest of the lineup (and confirm Chase's oracle-level music taste). Early!

GDP is back and better than ever! The homegrown Iowa music festival is set to take place downtown Des Moines on April 23rd. PR & Chase run through the lineup, which is packed with favorites from the show like Wave Cage, Bouquet, Good Morning Midnight, and Penny Peach. Rad!

Jordan Mayland is a solo musician and the front man of Volcano Boys – he also plays a variety of musical roles in Tires, Keepers of the Carpet, Electronidoll, The Wheelers, and more. We sit down with Jeff (vocals, guitar) and Trevor (synth) of Iowa City indie alternative group Halfloves! We talk everything from their early days as a band to the aftermath of being featured on one of the biggest YouTube music review channels on the internet. Their new songs "Small Hours" and "A Little Lie" are available to download or stream anywhere.

Parker and Chase are joined in Spare Bedroom Studios by producer/musician Brandon Darner. Brandon has produced music for international acts like Imagine Dragons and Iowa groups like Holy White Hounds and Halfloves. He also produces and plays guitar in Ames indie outfit The Envy Corps.

Parker and Chase sit down with Brenton Dean of the Holy White Hounds. The boys ask Brenton about growing up with music, recording Sparkle Sparkle, getting signed to a major record label, and coming back from a hiatus with one of the best rock records of the year.
