Velocity Based Training is a workout method focusing on creating the greatest level of speed and explosion on the upward phase of your lift. This is awesome for increasing your explosiveness and using it as a tool to figure out your max weight so that you know which loads to use for X amount of reps gives you ton of help when it comes to efficiency.
