Known for his incredible transformation as a result of the Carnivore Diet (which was spoken about last time), we focused purely on his upbringing today and what it was like to grow up in a conservative household as a gay man. During the podcast we touched on the numerous challenges he had growing up hiding his sexuality, why he has lived in regret for the past 10 years of his life, what it means to be true to yourself, how he dealt with/overcame feelings of shame throughout his life and much much more. This was a very deep and insightful chat and one that I am very glad I had.
