Notice the effect of colour in your surroundings & choice of clothing.
The impact of our words is significant. Consider how yours might impact other people's lives.
Consider your use of time and structure your day to add purpose and feel fulfilled.
Consider what this means to you & how it affects your lifestyle.
What are your sources of energy? Light, exercise, food as fuel, connection with others?
Consider your inter personal connection; eye contact, smile, conversation, touch.
Those who are in your world; supporters, confidants, like minded folk.
Consider what makes you happy. Write it down and reflect on it regularly adapting accordingly.
