If it were, everyone would be at their ideal weight already.So today, we are taking a few minutes to uncover WHY weight loss is hard (hint*** the secret is Overdesire).And then get ready to kick some serious ass.Let's start the first phase of your Nutrition Protocol. Introducing (drum roll please) the 4 "Non-Negotiables."Starting today, you will do these 4 things consistently for the duration of the program:Drink at least 1/2 your body weight, in ounces of water each day.Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.Plan your meals 24 hours in advance (get a notebook, and write em' down)Eat only when hungry, stop when satisfied (not full).
