He won the 2019 25 hours of Thunderhill in a radical and did it on his second try after open his shop turn 3 motorsports only 2 years ago. Ppfff He is a candid guy who makes no bones about how hard it is just to make a living in this sport. He is committed to running events like the 25 hours and as you will learn in this podcast people in motorsport choose him over opportunity, which speaks a lot to his character, and his driving and team management-speak a lot about his talents. Here is Peter Dempsey.

e with Steve Stepanian AKA Big pappa. Steve is a racer, an instructor, and a race official, and he is full of wisdom as you are about to hear. Steve and I have been friends for 22 years and we always find ourselves at the same place at the same time around cars. Because of this long time relationship that has been forced on me, we some times can’t help but ruin a good interview with some long-time friendly banter, and for that I am sorry. As one of the people I respect the most in the motorsport community, and who’s contribution makes some of the biggest impacts, both on and off the track, it was so important to have him on. (even if you don't like it) In this episode we talk about the arch of his racing career, Wagons keep coming up and why you better be good at late-breaking. Side note; through a series of events I had to record this from the hi-tech office and you are going to hear noise in the background from the shop, and I did not have a good mic, so my sound quality is poor. But you can’t get a guy as fun as randy you don't really want to reschedule. Randy drive fast out there, just not as fast as me (I’m winking at you randy)
