Raffela is a mental health advocate, a diet culture disruptor, and an overall badass, opening up conversations about who the body-positive space is for. Raffela is a university student studying psychology and is putting in the work of 'building a bigger table' (as Raffela would say) for more voices in the body-positive space and in the mental health space.
