Send us a textIf the word “focus” instantly stresses you out, you are not alone. In this solo episode of Tribe of Unicorns, I am breaking down my Focus Flow Method. It's a system I created for people like me, who do not think in straight lines, who get overwhelmed the minute they sit down to work, and who have tried every productivity method only to feel like something must be wrong with them. And you can stop shaming yourself. You're not lazy or any of the other negative things you call yourself. Brains like ours just need a different kind of support. In this episode, I talk about what actually gets in the way of focus, why traditional systems fail ADHD and nonlinear thinkers, and how to create a Focus Menu that finally gives your brain the clarity it has been begging for. What you'll hear:The truth about overwhelm and why "just focus" never worksThe shame that comes from losing lists and feeling scatteredMy late ADHD diagnosis and how it made sense of decades of struggleWhy your brain feels like a browser with too many tabs openHow the Mental Dump helps you clear mental noise fastHow to create a Focus Menu that supports the way your mind actually worksIf you've ever started ten things and finished none, or opened your laptop only to freeze under the weight of everything you should be doing, this episode will feel like a deep breath. Here is the link to access the templates I referenced: https://kendrabeavis.com/focus-flow-method/Listen, subscribe, and share with someone who needs to know their brain isn't broken.#adhd #productivity #creativeentrepreneurs #entrepreneurs Support the showGet your free Lift Kit Quick practices, prompts, and tools to help you reset and rise — anytime you need itRSVP to attend a free Root & Rise Live A free monthly gathering for anyone navigating change Hang out with me on social:IG FB TIKTOK YOUTUBEKendraBeavis.com

Explicit – 18+ only (If you can't handle the words “chin-shot cum rope” or “double penetration snowman carrot,” go listen to something else.) What's inside this episode:Letter 1 – “J” Married 20+ years, zero outside lovers, yet they still turned a Saturday night drive home into a full-on porno: commando under dresses and suits, mutual edging at 120 km/h, chin-to-stomach cum explosion while exiting the freeway, and a screaming orgasm in the driveway that probably got them put on a neighborhood watch list.Letter 2 – “Brenda” One bisexual college girl walks into an LGBT club looking for girls… leaves after being perfectly double-penetrated by the hottest, most respectful bi couple on campus. First anal, first DP, first everything — and they tucked her in with water and folded clothes like gentlemen. Unicorn status: confirmed.Letter 3 – “A” A month locked in chastity watching his hotwife take a bull → Nikky (yes, me) kneels beside him, unlocks the cage, whispers filth, and takes every ounce of that pent-up load like a champ. Ends in a sweaty, moaning foursome until sunrise. Fantasy or real? You decide.Dirty-but-Clean Winter Riddle The answer you all screamed at: the carrot you shove into your snowman's face. In this episode of The Wealthy Practitioner Podcast, Steph reflects on one of the most iconic years in TWP history — a year of massive expansion, powerful breakthroughs, and the launch that redefined what's possible for the brand and the clients inside it. Steph shares the behind-the-scenes of the now-legendary Unicorn Launch, a $2.5M sales event that exceeded every expectation and set a new standard for what aligned launching can feel like. From the moment momentum kicked in to the unexpected ease and fun of the process, she breaks down the identity shift required to create results at this level — and why online business principles apply to every entrepreneur, even brick-and-mortar owners. She also recaps the recent Expanders Retreat in Scottsdale, including the transformative conversations, the denim party, and the quantum-level identity work that happened in the room. From friendships that accelerate growth to the hard truths about commitment, work ethic, and staying locked into your vision, this episode dives into what it really takes to step into your next level. Steph discusses the importance of having systems, community, and a product people truly love — and why so many entrepreneurs struggle simply because they're unwilling to do the hard things consistently. She closes the episode with a powerful reminder that financial freedom is a moral obligation, and that stepping into abundance requires becoming a different version of yourself. In September, IQM announced an over-$300M Series B, which I suspected made the company a unicorn, so I emailed and got confirmation of that. Then on October 7, I published an article titled “IQM's Unicorn-Smelling Dragon.” One of the responses to the article was to inquire how IQM did it. So, I reached out to Dr. Jan Goetz, CEO and Co-Founder of IQM, and I asked him. Scientists found a fossilized skull of an ancient animal called Elasmotherium sibiricum, and it might be the closest thing to a real unicorn that ever existed. This animal lived around 30,000 years ago and looked more like a giant, furry rhinoceros than the graceful, horse-like unicorns we imagine today. It had a single, large horn on its forehead, but that's where the similarities to unicorn myths end. This creature was enormous—twice as heavy as a giraffe! It likely roamed the grasslands of Siberia, using its horn for defense or digging for food. While it wasn't the magical unicorn from legends, it's fascinating to think that a real animal with one horn did walk the Earth long ago. Learn more about your ad choices. We're joined by Mehran Gul, author of The New Geography of Innovation, who paints a detailed picture on how innovation power is shifting from Silicon Valley to unexpected places - China, Singapore, Switzerland, and beyond. As a former advisor at the World Economic Forum and World Bank, Mehran has spent years studying the frontier of technological development, institutional evolution, and national strategy. His research spans eight countries across three continents summarised in his new book which challenges Western innovation orthodoxy—and offers a compelling vision for a more distributed, more inclusive innovation future. We dive into: -How Chinese talent is shaping the Global AI landscape -Why innovation isn't just unicorns and startups, but includes state-led infrastructure -Singapore's invisible excellence: no unicorns, but global digital leadership -Switzerland's surprising dominance in R&D and public transport innovation -The cultural and structural flaws in Europe's startup scene -What stable governance, national purpose, and civic trust do for innovation -What people get wrong about AI, disruption, and the future of work Key Takeaways from the Episode: 1. China Is No Longer a Copycat: China's MSRA lab published the most cited scientific paper of the 21st century—training a generation of AI researchers that now dominate the global talent pipeline. 2. Singapore and Switzerland Show Us a Different Model: Forget unicorns. These countries focus on systems-level innovation—urban planning, transport, digital governance—that directly improve lives. 3. Government Can Drive Real Innovation: Singapore's GovTech and digital twin strategy prove that with the right institutions, even small countries can lead the world. 4. Europe's Cultural Challenge: While Europe has capital and talent, its innovation suffers from risk aversion, private mindsets, and a fear of visible failure. 5. Stock Options as a Cultural Lens: The difference between PayPal's billionaire mafia and Skype's 11 millionaires reveals how equity culture influences ambition and scale. 6. Unicorns Are a Poor Innovation Metric: Mehran critiques the obsession with unicorn counts and valuations. True innovation should be measured by quality of life, productivity, and institutional resilience. 7. The Real AI Debate Isn't Job Loss: We overhype automation and job loss. The real question is: who controls the models, who benefits, and how do we ensure global equity? 8. Innovation Will Be Multipolar: The future isn't a US-China binary. Countries like Canada, South Korea, and Estonia are becoming quiet powerhouses of tech progress. 9. Infrastructure Is Innovation: Switzerland's trains, Korea's chip fabs, and China's urban ecosystems all show that building real-world infrastructure is just as innovative as launching apps. 10. Innovation Must Be Contextualized: What works in San Francisco doesn't always work in São Paulo or Jakarta. Mehran urges us to localize innovation strategies for real impact. Jason Eubanks is back to answer the question every revenue leader is asking: Will AI kill sales jobs or make great sellers unstoppable? He drops hard stats (91% of B2B teams missed quota, top 25 % drive 80% of revenue at 11× productivity) and explains why AI is a superpower for elite performers, a wake-up call for the bottom quartile, and a complete game-changer for SDR outreach, buyer trust, and hiring. If you lead a sales org, this 35-minute conversation is required listening.

In this episode, we talk to Jason Eubanks, CEO and Co-founder of Aurasell (our brand NEW Sponsor!), about his transition from a 20-year go-to-market operator to a builder and founder. Jason shares the exact moment he became obsessed with solving a major product problem, the complexity and low productivity caused by massive tool sprawl (over 20 products) and unintentional data silos in the go-to-market stack. He details the crucial steps of founding Aurasell: partnering with a complementary CTO, validating the huge market problem (estimating over $1 billion in services spend), and securing a significant seed round to build the world's first AI-native CRM platform focused on customer-problem-centric design.

Send us comments, suggestions and ideas here! In this week's show we wrap up our second half of Rusted Throat's tour of cemetery symbolism that you are bound to encounter at your local graveyard. We begin this episode by focusing on the controversial and culturally rich meaning behind the Edelweiss flower, the rose (it's place in the pagan and Christian mysteries) before discussing the various things a floral crown might symbolize and why the devil loves guitar. In the extended show we discuss the ancient Egyptian tambourine, the Catholic symbolism used as a bulwark against sin, the secrets of the obelisk and how to identify the graves sponsored by America's most secret and un-secret societies. #662: Most teams hire for skills. The best teams hire for wiring. What if the reason someone accelerates your organization, or quietly derails it, has more to do with their response time, processing style, or sense of mission than their résumé? This episode dives into the hidden patterns that shape how people work, make decisions, and handle pressure; the clues we often overlook, and the tiny tells that reveal who will thrive. We're joined by William Vanderbloemen, whose firm has completed nearly 4,000 executive searches. After reviewing years of candidate data, he discovered why some people create momentum everywhere they go and others struggle, even when they look perfect on paper. We explore what “fast thinkers” and “slow thinkers” bring to a team, how to spot agility before you hire someone, and why some workers need a mission while others need a measurable win. Along the way, we reflect on our own tendencies and how understanding them can change the way we build teams, manage energy, and make long-term decisions. Key Takeaways Response speed can signal mental wiring, not politeness, which makes it a powerful hiring clue. The real interview starts long before the formal meeting, which means every informal interaction counts. Agility shows up when plans change, so micro-tests can reveal how someone handles shifting conditions. Many high performers are driven either by purpose or measurable progress, and knowing which matters. Understanding our own lane helps us hire better, delegate better, and build systems that reduce friction. Today I'm joined by Jim Keffer, CEO of Keffer Auto Group. We break down his radical 10-year buyout model, why he hunts “unicorn” operators instead of centralizing, and how underperforming rooftops become high-ROI assets. Jim also explains the math behind buying broken stores, the traits that separate true owner-operators, and the coming shakeups he sees from Carvana, CarMax, and digital retailing. It's a candid, transparent look at a model most dealers never get to see up close. This episode is brought to you by: 1. Lotlinx - What if ChatGPT actually spoke dealer? Meet LotGPT — the first AI chatbot built just for car dealers. Fluent in your market, your dealership, and your inventory, LotGPT delivers instant insights to help you merchandise smarter, move inventory faster, and maximize profit. It pulls from your live inventory, CRM, and Google Analytics to give VIN-specific recommendations, helping dealers price vehicles accurately, spot wasted spend, and uncover the hottest opportunities — all in seconds. LotGPT is free for dealers, but invite-only. Join the waitlist now @ Lotlinx.com/LotGPT 2. vAuto - The average car sits 45 days before getting shipped to another store — hoping it'll sell faster somewhere else. But guess what? Once it lands there, it usually sits another 30 days. On paper, that looks fine. In reality, that car's been tying up capital for 75 days — bleeding margin the whole time. The fix? Get the car to the right store on day one — or move it before the clock runs out. Because every day you wait, you're losing gross you'll never get back. https://randygage.com/ In this episode, Randy chats with rock star Silicon Valley investor and author Kamal Ravikant for a raw conversation about the inner game of success. Kamal shares how losing everything in a startup collapse led him to write a simple vow that became his international bestseller Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It—and why self-love is actually a high-performance operating system for successful entrepreneurs. They unpack imposter syndrome, the emotional reality of failure (no matter the scale), what Elon Musk taught Kamal about removing negative people, how to use social media without letting it own your mind, and why the real leverage in life and business is your state of consciousness. If you've ever felt like you're playing big on the outside while quietly beating yourself up on the inside, this conversation is your invitation to rewrite that script. I'll always remember this as the episode I watched during a flight to Bravocon as I nearly lost my mind mid-air when Bronwyn and Whitney had a ground-breaking discussion about Todd's infidelity and their views on open relationships. Even with that massive topic, the main focus is Meredith's airport meltdown. Her cast members each describe unbridled rage and outbursts at Brittani on their flight back to Utah that focused on the TikTok video that alleges Seth was seen with a mistress in Ohio. Yet, both Meredith and Lisa resist hearing harsh feedback from the ladies and insist things were different, and without any footage it's everyone's word and memory against theirs. All opinions are personal and not representative of any outside company, person, or agenda. In this episode of Lab Rats to Unicorns, John Flavin sits down with Dr. Joseph Leventhal, Professor of Surgery and Director of Living Donor Kidney Transplantation at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. A pioneer in the field of organ transplantation, Dr. Leventhal's research is redefining what's possible in immune tolerance—an area often described as the “holy grail” of transplantation, where a patient's body can accept a donated organ without lifelong immunosuppressive drugs.Dr. Leventhal shares his journey from growing up in New York City to becoming one of the foremost leaders in transplant surgery and cell therapy innovation. He discusses how his team's groundbreaking clinical work has shown that tolerance can be achieved through cellular therapies, potentially freeing patients from the burdens of chronic immunosuppression. From the early days of cyclosporine to founding TRACT Therapeutics and developing first-in-human T-regulatory cell therapies, Joe reflects on the scientific curiosity, resilience, and collaboration that drive progress in a complex field. He also explores the evolving ecosystem for biotech innovation in Chicago, the challenges of translating academic research into clinical therapies, and the optimism surrounding the next generation of precision cell therapies.

In order to save and more importantly restore biodiversity we don't need biodiversity or carbon credits; we need biologists to find super profitable business models within the magical deeply complex world of nature. It's the case of Toby Parkes, founder and CEO of Rhizocore, with whom go deep into the third, mostly ignored, and much more complex kingdom: fungi. We talk numbers that matter to forest managers: commercial sites often lose 15–25% of trees in year one, native mixes 35–50%. Across 70+ sites, Rhizocore's locally sourced pellets consistently cut losses in half and add roughly 20% in height and girth, with outsized benefits under drought. We also explore the bigger vision: a frozen library of hundreds of strains that powers not only forestry but new lines like nutrient capture from farm runoff and wastewater. Think high-throughput screening for fungi that strip nitrates and phosphates fast, plus future prospects for enzymes and therapeutics- practical ways to put ecology on the balance sheet.More about this episode.==========================In Investing in Regenerative Agriculture and Food podcast show we talk to the pioneers in the regenerative food and agriculture space to learn more on how to put our money to work to regenerate soil, people, local communities and ecosystems while making an appropriate and fair return.
