Celebrating the people who help us succeed at Vol State and other ultras. Those people who help us get to the start, get through the miles and then put up with us afterwards. They always love and support us no matter how muddy or sweaty we are. On this show we acknowledge and talk with participants, friends, family, crew and most of all, Road Angels.

More importantly, though, Shenoa gives extremely useful tips on running your race and how to deal with things that come up. This one really is a "don't miss" episode.

Even better, he has tips for people doing Vol State. The observations by someone outside of the actual race are often the most valuable observations you can find.
