Are menopause symptoms making you question your confidence and attractiveness—especially when it comes to dating? What if the secret to reigniting your energy, sensuality, and sense of self is as much about biology as it is about sexy confidence and mindset? In Episode 454 of The Charisma Quotient, "Menopause, Dating & Desire: The Conversation Every Woman Needs to Hear with Dr. Debra Durst" Kimmy sits down with Dr. Debra Durst, a leading regenerative medicine expert, to talk about the often-unspoken intersection of menopause, sexual wellness, and the dating world for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. In this episode, Kimmy shares her experience working with women whose desire and confidence have disappeared after menopause, underscoring the crucial link between hormones, self-perception and sexy confidence. Dr. Durst breaks down the science behind desire—explaining how optimizing hormones can spark not only better sex but also a newfound zest for life and dating, even after years out of the game. They discuss actionable solutions for women seeking to reclaim their sensuality, including comprehensive hormone evaluations, building body image confidence, and practical flirting techniques. You'll hear: The link between menopause, hormones, and loss of desire—and why it matters for dating at any age Why confidence is not just a mindset, but is also rooted in physical and biological changes Step-by-step insight into what a comprehensive hormone evaluation looks like—and why one-size-fits-all medicine doesn't work The role of body image and self-perception in dating, flirting and sexual satisfaction Practical tips women can make to improve their desire, flirt skills, body image and sexy confidence And if you're ready to step up your game in real life action, check out Kimmy's signature Spark Your Sexy Retreat this September. This week on Breaking Battlegrounds, hosts Chuck Warren and Sam Stone examine election security, Colorado's dramatic political transformation, one of true crime's most infamous hot-mic moments, the battle over American history at the Smithsonian, political upheaval in Latin America, and the Federal Reserve's fight against inflation. Ethan Barton, an editor at The Washington Free Beacon and former editor in chief of The Daily Caller News Foundation, joins Chuck and Sam to discuss President Donald Trump's recent election-security speech. Barton explains why concerns about foreign interference from countries such as China and Russia deserve serious attention, while arguing that combining separate election issues can sometimes weaken the broader message. The conversation then turns to Colorado's transformation from a competitive purple state into a reliably Democratic stronghold. Barton breaks down the role of strategic Democratic investment, liberal population centers, weak Republican infrastructure, limited donor support, taxes, business losses, and changing economic conditions. They also examine rising anti-Israel sentiment within portions of the Democratic Party and the closely watched race in Colorado's 8th Congressional District, where Republican incumbent Gabe Evans faces Democrat Manny Rutinel in one of the country's most competitive congressional battlegrounds. Follow Ethan Barton on X: @ethanrbarton Read his reporting at FreeBeacon.com Next, B's Crime Corner revisits the disturbing story of New York real-estate heir Robert Durst. Durst was long suspected in the 1982 disappearance of his wife, Kathie McCormack Durst, and the 2000 murder of his close friend Susan Berman. His secrets finally began to unravel during HBO's The Jinx when he entered a bathroom after an interview without realizing that his microphone was still recording. While speaking to himself, Durst uttered the chilling words that would become one of the most infamous moments in true-crime history. The recording helped renew attention on the case, and Durst was eventually convicted of Berman's murder in 2021. B's Crime Corner returns every Friday with a new story of murder, mystery, and mayhem. Mike Gonzalez, the Angeles T. Arredondo E Pluribus Unum Senior Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, joins the show to discuss a 162-page White House Domestic Policy Council report examining exhibits and educational materials at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History. Gonzalez argues that the museum has increasingly presented American history through ideological and activist frameworks instead of providing a balanced account of the nation's achievements and failures. He also explains the Smithsonian's enormous educational reach, its dependence on taxpayer funding, and why the institution's portrayal of American history matters as the country approaches its 250th anniversary. Follow Mike Gonzalez on X: @Gundisalvus Learn more at Heritage.org Carrie Filipetti, executive director of the Vandenberg Coalition and a former deputy assistant secretary of state for Cuba and Venezuela, joins Chuck and Sam to discuss the devastating earthquake in Venezuela and Colombia's recent presidential election. She also explains Colombia's rightward political shift following the election of Abelardo De La Espriella and what the result could mean for security, energy development, regional stability, and the future of relations between the United States and Colombia. He also examines the current market environment and identifies healthcare and materials as sectors investors may want to watch as inflation, interest rates, and federal monetary policy continue to shape the economy. In this special episode, Julie is joined by Kristy Durst, Sr. Manager of Payroll & HR Administration at Uline, live from the annual World at Work Total Rewards event in San Antonio, TX, for a practitioner conversation grounded in what modern payroll leadership really looks like inside a complex, frontline-heavy business. The conversation explores Uline's move from ADP to the full Workday suite, what it means to optimize a platform after go-live, and why payroll's value increases when leaders stop treating it as a back-office process and start bringing it into decisions earlier. Julie and Kristy also dig into the realities of running payroll for a workforce of nearly 10,000 employees across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, including the importance of local timekeepers, shared services, compliance ownership, paid sick leave complexity, tax accountability, employee self-service, and the trust that comes from getting pay right. Kristy offers a clear view into the controls, data, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration required to make payroll work at scale. The conversation looks ahead to the future of payroll talent and technology, from AI adoption and Workday optimization to succession planning, cross-training, and the changing skills payroll leaders need next.
We're continuing our conversation with Rebekah Durst as she shares her search for fulfillment in life; and wrestles with whether the Lord had a husband in His plan for her or if she was meant to remain single. Like many, her journey involved risks, yet she chose to trust fully in the Lord's perfect will!
Photographer and educator Eli Durst joins PhotoWork with Sasha Wolf to discuss his photobooks, artistic practice, and the evolving definition of documentary photography. Durst reflects on what it means to push and rethink documentary work today, from image-making to long-term engagement with subjects and place. Drawing on his experience working with Joel Meyerowitz, Durst also shares how he learned to build a sustainable life as an artist, balancing creative work with family. He discusses the role of mentorship, ongoing learning, and how collaboration with publishers and editors can reshape a project through new perspectives on sequencing and editing. The conversation also explores the importance of community in documentary practice, and how embedding within a community is often central to the work, sometimes even more than the act of photographing itself. https://www.elidurst.com https://www.instagram.com/durzt Eli Durst is an American artist whose work explores the social forces and group dynamics that shape the suburban American experience. Durst's photographs have been exhibited internationally and have been featured in Aperture, The New York Times Magazine, The New Yorker, Vogue, and The Atlantic among others. She used to want it. Now she doesn't. And you're not sure if it's you, the kids, the stress — or something that's quietly shifted inside her.A lot of the time, it's her hormones. Specifically, perimenopause or menopause. Here's what most people don't know: perimenopause doesn't start at 45 years old. Dr. Debra Durst — an MD who left traditional medicine to specialize in hormone optimization and sexual wellness — is seeing it in women in their 30s, and sometimes even their 20s.And the first hormones to drop aren't estrogen -- they're progesterone and testosterone. Which means your partner may be dealing with sleep disruption, anxiety, a shorter fuse, brain fog, low libido, and body composition changes — while her doctor keeps saying her labs look "normal."Here, Dr. Durst breaks down what perimenopause actually is (it can last a decade or more), why most gynecologists aren't trained to address it, and what comprehensive hormone optimization actually looks like. We get into why testosterone is, surprisingly, the most abundant hormone circulating in a woman's body — and what happens to a couple's sex life when it's properly restored (hint: sometimes you're back to doing it twice a day!).Plus, we talk about solutions to dryness. There are now cutting-edge tissue regeneration treatments — laser rejuvenation and PRP O-Shots — that can bring arousal, sensitivity, and orgasmic strength back after menopause causes physical changes. And we talk about why Dr. Durst's office coined the phrase "no man left behind" — because when a woman gets optimized, her husband sometimes can't keep up. ;)If your partner has gone quiet in the bedroom and you don't know why — or she's been told everything looks fine but something clearly isn't — this one's for you.
