Many people simply accept that life is suffering, or life is hard, or life sucks. That's not true. When a person is committed to fulfilling their purpose, you can experience true happiness on a daily basis! This doesn't mean obstacles and dark seasons of life won't come--but your mission and purpose will always be there to carry you through.
Many people start things but never end up finishing them. Why is this? Often, it has to do with a lack of clarity about their long term vision for life. Once you write out your life story, you gain much greater clarity about where you want to head in life. This makes it easier to stick to long term goals. Another key is passion! Choose projects that you would willingly pursue for the rest of your life even if they didn't work out! And finally, stay committed to your short term actions. Racking up small wins will keep you focused and on track, rather than being overwhelmed by the big picture.
Gratitude can change your life because of the simple fact that what you focus on, multiplies. If you focus on all of the good thing in your life, your mind will seek to interpret more things in your life as good. If you believe you will achieve your goals, your mind will interpret every opportunity as a means to achieve that goal. Begin practicing gratitude today!
