Linda Sivertsen, “Book Mama,” is in LOVE with books—reading, writing, and selling them. Her titles have won awards and hit all the lists as an author, co-author, and former magazine editor and ghostwriter. But her driving force has been to publish sustainably. Naïve and optimistic enough to believe in magic, she's on a mission to save forests via her role as a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Ambassador. When she's not fostering literary love matches on her Beautiful Writers Podcast (a favorite stop for writers on tour), writing, and promoting Beautiful Writers, or midwifing books at her Carmel or virtual writing retreats, Linda can be found on the back of a horse or running with her dogs. In this episode of Write the Damn Book Already, we had an amazing conversation about the ins and outs of writing, publishing (both traditionally and independently), and the thoughts we ALL have as writers (the ones we think no one else has!) We humans are facing many daunting challenges that sometimes make it difficult to find hope in the world today. But as circumstances get tougher, the need for each of us to step up as leaders, who embody the best human qualities, is greater than ever. You might be thinking, “I'm not cut out to be a leader” but the reality is that everyone who influences another person—whether at home, at work, or in relationships with loved ones— is a leader. And that's what we're discussing in today's episode—how you can show up at your best, for those you love and those you lead. Today I start by sharing and expanding on an excerpt from the powerful Who Do We Choose To Be by Margaret J. Wheatley. You'll learn how anyone can choose to be a leader through acts of courage, compassion, and love. In combination with Margaret Wheatley's expertise, I'm sharing insights that will help you determine where you can step up as a leader and the mindset that will allow you to show up at your best, even in times of uncertainty and chaos. KEY LEARNINGS: To change the world, you need to change yourself first. Leadership doesn't have to be global. You can lead through many small and thoughtful acts each day. How focusing on what you excel at makes you a better leader. If you're influencing other people, you're a leader. The power of defining your vision of the type of leader you want to be. Why great leaders focus only on the things they can control. The importance of being grateful despite your difficult circumstances. Are you the type of person that is afraid to take chances in life due to self-doubt and fear of rejection or embarrassment? Self-doubt and fear of failure can be paralyzing at times, but I've found that breakthroughs happen when you take risks and put yourself out there. On that note, today's episode is a special one. I'm sharing the potential preface to the Updated & Expanded version of The Miracle Morning book coming out in September. It includes a story I've never told before and the risk I took that led to an incredible breakthrough. You'll also get a peek behind the curtain of the development of the Miracle Morning Movie, why I decided to go through with the movie during the hardest days of my battle with cancer, and I also share the key lesson I learned from this experience and how you can use it to reach your own breakthroughs. KEY TAKEAWAYS How mustering up the courage to meet one of my favorite authors turned into something beyond what I could have ever imagined! They Believed Because Of Her TestimonyJohn 4:39-42 “Many Samaritans from that city believed in him because of the woman's testimony, “He told me all that I ever did.” So when the Samaritans came to him, they asked him to stay with them; and he stayed there two days. And many more believed because of his word. They said to the woman, “It is no longer because of your words that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.”I like this verse because it shows how important it is that we talk about our faith and how much God is doing for us. The opening sentence in this verse says, “Many Samaritans from that city believed in him because of the woman's testimony. What if she didn't tell anyone what had happened. What if she was too afraid of what others might think to talk about it. She was already and outcast because of her lifestyle. She had 5 different husbands over the yeas and when she met Jesus the man she was currently living with was not her husband. The reason she was getting water at the hottest time of day is because she was too ashamed to get water in the morning when the rest of the women got their water. She did not want to be the center of attention. She didn't want everyone looking at her and yet she ran to town to tell everyone about Jesus. I wonder if all those people would have been saved if she was too afraid to tell her story. If she was too afraid to share her excitement over Jesus and what He did for her. The reason I ask is because sometimes I am afraid to share. Sometimes I get a prompting from the Holy Spirit to say something to someone and all this fear and doubt goes through my mind. I wonder what that person will think of me if I say it. I wonder if I will sound crazy or stupid. I wonder if they will even listen or if they will just walk away. I wonder if they will be mean. It sounds like this woman did not think about it at all. She had a conversation with Jesus and then ran right to town to tell everyone about it. I want her courage, her boldness, her humility. Or maybe her impulsiveness if she ran off without even thinking about it. Maybe I need more of that when it come to Jesus. Maybe I just need to act first and think later when it comes to following the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Have you ever wondered if something you say or do could have this affect on people? It can. It might have already. A lot of times it is for us to plant the seeds but not to see the harvest. We have no idea how our words and actions can affect the course of someone's life. Sometimes we say something and the person we say it to doesn't really think much of it, but then down the road they see the significance of it. Think back to all the people that have been influential in your life. Did you know at the time they were going to be so influential? Did you know that advice they gave you was going to shape the kind of person you would become? Are those people still alive? Could you tell them now how influential they were? They may not know.We don't usually see the good in us as much as others do. It is an interesting experiment to ask those who know you well to tell you what they see in you, what they feel your strengths are as well as what your weaknesses are. I was reading a book titled “The Miracle Morning” and the author Hal Elrod suggested sending an email to those closest to you, this can include family, friends and co workers. He suggests you email them and ask them to tell you the top 2-3 areas of weakness you may have and then also some areas of strength. He said it is a great way to see if you are living life intentionally and if you are giving off the vibe you want to give off. At the end of the book he gave a sample email to send out. I think if you asked others how they see you, you will be surprised. They will see things in you to admire and look up to and you may not see them. The verse ends by saying that although the people in the town started to believe in Jesus because of her words, now they believe because they heard Jesus for themselves. I love this part too because I feel it takes the pressure off of me. I just have to tell my story, I just have to talk about what Jesus has done for me and hopefully that will be enough to lead people to find Jesus. It is not my responsibility to make them Christian, to save their soul, to teach them everything they need to know about Jesus. Jesus will do that. It is just my job to tell them about my encounter. If I tell people how God is working in my life, that will be enough to get them to seek God so they can find out more. I truly believe our stories our powerful enough to bring others to Christ and this verse is a great witness to that. Sometimes we think our story is not big enough, interesting enough, important enough to tell others. We feel we have lived a boring, normal life and so others won't want to hear about it. This is a lie from the enemy. He knows how important our stories are and he knows others need to hear them. There isn't a single person that gets through this life without hardships, without struggles. Maybe you feel your struggles are small compared to others and yet someone else might be having the same struggle you had and they feel like it is so overwhelming. God might be doing big amazing things in your life, and that is awesome, tell people about it. God might be doing small, almost unnoticeable things in your life and that is amazing too, tell people about it. There are some people, a lot of people, who don't know God. They don't know that the reason everything went so well and things fell into place so nicely is because of God. However, if you tell them about the little ways you see God showing up in your life, they will start to see Him in their life as well. I know it is hard to speak up sometimes. I know this world doesn't seem to be super friendly to people who want to talk about Jesus. I know there are a million reasons we can come up with for why we shouldn't share our story. I know the enemy is whispering in your ear that you don't have anything to share. He is saying your life is too boring, no one wants to hear about your life. I know all of that and yet if you read this verse hopefully you can see the importance of sharing your story anyway. What if your story was the story someone needs to hear today to find Jesus, or to come back to Jesus? Can we join together and be brave enough to share our story so that we can bring others to know Jesus? Can we do that for God? If you feel like you are not brave enough, I know I am not some days, then ask God for help. He gives us what we ask for, especially if we are asking for things that will help us build up the kingdom of God. How is God working in your life and who can you talk about it with today?Dear Heavenly Father, I ask you to bless all those listening to this episode today. Please help us to see how you are working in our lives. Please open our eyes to all you do for us and help give us the boldness to share it. Dad, we are asking for you to help us to spread our story to all those we meet so they can start to see you working in their lives. We ask that you help us not to believe the enemies lies that our story is boring, or that we don't have anything to say. We love you Lord, you are working in our lives and we want to share that with others. We just need your help to do that. Thank you Lord! We ask all of this in accordance with your will and in Jesus' holy name, Amen!Thank you so much for joining me on this journey to walk boldly with Jesus. I look forward to spending time with you again tomorrow. Remember, Jesus loves you, and so do I! Have a blessed day!
Allez, ongeveer toch ;-)

Happy 2023! As we kick off a new year, it's natural to think about what we want to do differently going forward. For me, I want to return to some habits that promote work/life balance and I'm activitely working to shift some of my mindsets by using affirmations. Somewhere along the way I got out of the affirmation habit (I really stopped doing my whole morning routine in general) and while it was fine for awhile, I'm definitely noticing it now. The simple repetitions that you write in a journal or put on a sticky note on your mirror really do make a difference to your self-talk. So I'm sharing the 3 affirmations and 3 habits that I'm working on in the early days of this new year, and I hope these help you as you think about the changes you want for 2023. Have you ever thought about writing a book? I believe every dad should at least consider putting their knowledge, stories, and strategies on paper. YOU have wisdom, and yes…you should model that for your family and business, AND consider the impact you'd have if you put all this on paper, in an organized way, that could live on forever. In 2017, I self-published The Front Row Factor for several reasons. First, I wanted to document some of the most important life lessons for my kids. For my business, I wanted to scale impact. For our charity Front Row Foundation, I wanted to help more people. In the FRD community, we have guys like Hal Elrod, Author of The Miracle Morning, Justin Donald Author of The Lifestyle Investor, Ned Schaut Author of The Adventure of Fatherhood – and we have dozens of other examples. I'm blown away by some of our members who've written books that are changing the world while creating a legacy for their kids. My interview today is with Chandler Bolt. He is the founder and CEO of Self-Publishing School, which has helped over 7000 authors write and publish their books. He was named to Forbes' 30 under 30 list, and Self-Publishing School got into the INC 5000 four years in a row. We discuss why you should start writing a book and why you don't need to be a great writer to be a published author. One last thing. If you go to Publishedbook.com/FrontRowDads, you can get a FREE printed copy of Published, Chandler's latest book. (Printed copy for US residents only, digital copies are available for non-US residents) Chandler Bolt Podcast Highlights Why you should encourage your kids to experiment and figure out life on their own. Why Chandler and his brother chose to write a book as a legacy for their parents. What we can learn from our failures and what others can learn by sharing those lessons. How do you keep your kids grounded when you're super successful? Whatever you do in life, give it your all. Why books are an incredible legacy for our children. Chandler explains how you can write a book by simply devoting 30 minutes a day. Your kids are always watching you so lead by example. Your confidence and self-worth shouldn't be tied to how your business is doing. Do you ever fall into what seems like a never-ending cycle with your business goals? You hope and wish for success in your business, but never really gain the traction needed for the success you envision? Yep. It happens, and I've been there… Did you know there is an actual science-based process that can help you go from planning to action, and ultimately to success? If you're an entrepreneur who wants to be successful but just haven't reached the point of success that you know you're capable of, then I want to share some science-based secrets that will help you unlock and unleash the success that you already have inside of you. I had the pleasure of having my friend Hal Elrod, bestselling author of The Miracle Morning and top-rated keynote speaker, on the Epic Success Podcast a little while ago (you can listen to his interview here). We are so aligned with his formula for the Miracle Equation and how it relates to what I teach with the brain science of success. True transformation takes place in our brains when we shift from the “hope, wish and plan” cycle to the mindset that says, “I am going to believe it will happen and make extraordinary efforts to make sure that it happens.” If you're ready to connect the dots between brain science and unwavering faith, so you can become the person you've always dreamed of – the one who has the success, income, and impact you want, then lean in and grab something to take notes with! The biggest take-aways from today's episode are: “Your brain doesn't know the difference between what's happening to you and what you vividly imagine over and over again in your mind.” When you cross into unwavering faith, you start to train your brain to believe that achieving your goals is inevitable. Your brain will have a period of resistance because that area of your subconscious brain is like an overprotective parent. Listen to this episode to learn more about pushing through that resistance, and how your brain responds to that push back – all for your benefit. [3:51] “When you truly step into belief, you become the person that already has what you want.” As you repeat this unwavering faith and take consistent action, you're left with this beautiful system working for you, rather than against you. When this happens, you begin to show up differently and transform into a whole new YOU – the version of yourself that already has the success you've been working for. Everything around you begins to align with what you believe. [9:17] “Your brain is wired and designed for you to have unwavering faith.” Your brain is always advocating for a belief: either the beliefs that have kept you stuck, or the beliefs that will take you to where you want to go. When you're able to switch your thoughts off autopilot and learn how to remove the limiting beliefs that have held you back – you are that much closer to unleashing massive growth and momentum in your life and your business. [10:18] What's the one thing that IF it happened, it would become the epic breakthrough for you? Here's my challenge for you: Start to erase the “if” thoughts, because “if” leaves a pathway back to just hoping and wishing for what you want. Start to shift those thoughts to “WHEN” thoughts! Then, you can start working on building your unwavering faith and believing that epic success will happen for you. I want you to believe it, so that your brain starts to work for you to unleash the success, impact, influence and freedom in your life that you know you were meant to have. When you're making decisions whether in business or in life, how do you know it's born out of your heart and soul, and not of your ego? In today's episode, Erik Cabral and Matt O'Neill dive into a discussion about listening to your heart, not your ego – and taking action. Here are some power takeaways from today's conversation: How to tell if it's your ego vs. your soul talking The Miracle Morning's influence on his life How he's embracing the F word How limiting beliefs are passed down from generation to generation Episode Highlights: [07:17] Ego vs. Soul: Who's Talking to You? When you think of something and your heart just opens up wide, and you feel joyful and loving, then you're guided by your heart. Whether you want a billion dollars more in sales or you want the biggest boat or a private plane, you can feel your heart close just a little bit when you're setting goals that are egocentric. [11:10] Following the Nudge of the Universe When you follow that nudge from the universe and decide to take action upon it, synchronicities start to happen. When you don't listen to God's whispers, they become shouts. And if you just take time to listen to that voice, your life ends up being blessed. [18:49] Embracing the F Word The thing that stops us from all of our dreams is worrying about what other people would think, or worried about if something isn't successful, then that would prove you're not worth anything. But what are you really worried about? What's the worst that can happen? What's up my Kate's Take listeners! I'm ecstatic to be here with you today! Today is day 79 of 100. If you're ready to embrace the power of affirmations, then you're in the right place. First, let's call on our 5 questions. These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night. What's one thing I'm grateful for? What's one thing I'll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal? What's something that's working well for me right now? What's something that's not working well for me right now? How can I either solve what's not working right now, or get rid of it? Affirmations may not seem like “your thing”, but remember: affirmations can be whatever you want them to be. And Hal Elrod's content is a wonderful reminder of this. I encourage you to check out the podcast episode I linked to in the description of today's episode on How to Create Affirmations that Actually Work - and also his book The Miracle Morning. I'll close out with an affirmation from Hal that I absolutely love: I am just as worthy, deserving and capable of achieving extraordinary success as any other person on the planet, and I will prove that today with my actions. Also mentioned: Jen's Abundant Affirmations I hope today's episode all about the power of affirmations came at just the right time for you. Whether you are married or not, in today's episode I'm sharing the #1 (most effective) strategy I've used for transforming and optimizing any important relationship in your life. Relationships aren't linear. They have highs and lows, and it takes consistent work to make them thrive. 2016 was easily the most difficult year for Ursula and I. We were constantly fighting, I was losing hope, and I knew I had to do something significant, or our relationship may not have survived. Today, I'll share the number one change I made that has transformed my marriage. Not only did it help save it, but it keeps evolving and improving each year. And the best part is that you can apply this framework to any relationship in your life that matters. KEY TAKEAWAYS The one commitment you can make today that will transform your marriage. The importance of commitment in everything you do in life. How going through adversity together helps strengthen your marriage. How you respond to difficult circumstances in life is a choice. Why not choose patience and empathy instead of anger? The power of focusing only on the things you can control. It only takes one person to transform a marriage or relationship. Have you ever felt lost, depressed, scared, or unsure of what to do with your life? My guest today, Mike Koenigs, will show you that there is always a way to reimagine and reinvent yourself, no matter how overwhelmed you may feel. Mike is an extraordinarily successful serial entrepreneur who has earned tens of millions of dollars and worked with clients such as Tony Robbins, Paula Abdul, and Richard Dreyfuss. But in his early 50s, Mike felt purposeless, suicidal, and broke. In today's conversation, Mike shares how he came to understand that our beliefs are what prevent us from accessing our power to change our circumstances, and he teaches us how our beliefs determine our happiness and purpose in life. Now, just a few years later, he's happier and healthier than ever, runs a multimillion-dollar business and helps other entrepreneurs rediscover their purpose and find their next act in life. KEY TAKEAWAYS The foundational beliefs and values that will help you overcome any situation, no matter how difficult. The importance of working through your childhood trauma and unresolved issues. How Dan Sullivan's advice helped him rediscover his purpose, get out of his massive $2 million debt, and build a thriving business. Why being honest and vulnerable isn't a weakness; it's your superpower. The next time you feel like life's too much, be kind to yourself instead of judging your emotions. How meditating for three days straight helped Mike realize he could reinvent himself and create value for people in the process. You'll also learn Mike's 6-step framework for personally and professionally reinventing yourself, regardless of age. It takes a number of certain tools to be able to achieve your first goal. But it takes different tools and a change of plan to achieve the next. For today's episode, Nick Uhas gives us a blueprint that he calls ‘reverse engineering' and tells us how to utilize it to dominate various areas of our lives. He also shares how he went from dominating the media influence to business domination, turning it into life design. He elaborates more on having a completely new mindset and dissects Hal Elrod's Miracle Morning book and explains to us, scientifically, why things such as visualization are not a hocus pocus but instead a science that puts your brain synapsis together as well. Catch us now as Nick also talks about his intentionality, how he's aggregating all kinds of creatives, and how he is doing that!

I used to be the guy who said “family is my #1 priority” and yet, my schedule often told a completely different story. I was a workaholic, and I was in denial. Thankfully, Jon Vroman started Front Row Dads—a community for family men with businesses, not businessmen with families. Without exaggerating, my involvement with Front Row Dads has become the biggest factor contributing to my progress in becoming a better husband and father. How much more effective could you be at creating everything you want for your life if you had a detailed (aka “vivid”) vision of where you're going? Without a clear vision, it's easy for us to get pulled in different directions and end up arriving somewhere less than ideal. That's why I'm excited to talk to my friend, Cameron Herold. Cameron is the co-author of The Miracle Morning for Entrepreneurs, founder of the COO Alliance and author of Vivid Vision: A Remarkable Tool For Aligning Your Business Around a Shared Vision of the Future. Cameron's the guy to talk to if you want to gain exceptional clarity in your life (or business) to make your goals a reality. In our conversation, you'll learn Cameron's strategy for creating a Vivid Vision for your life, why setting bigger goals motivates you to achieve them, and the habits that make top performers successful. You'll also hear Cameron talk about his experience living with monks, what he learned from working with Elon Musk's brother, Kimbal, and how to put yourself in a peak emotional, physical, and spiritual state so you can improve your life and the lives of those around you. KEY TAKEAWAYS What living in a monastery taught Cameron about being present and living a spiritually rich life. Stop waiting for motivation to arrive! Learn how bigger goals can fuel you to achieve what you thought was impossible. Why you should enjoy the process instead of always worrying about the outcomes. The greatest obstacles that prevent people from achieving their goals. The importance of surrounding yourself with smart people that will hold you accountable and push you forward. Top performers know when it's time to take action to achieve their goals. Others search for the magic bullet. The importance of anticipating setbacks and only focusing on things you can control. Perfection is the enemy of progress. Be kind to yourself when you slip up, and do better tomorrow. We've talked A LOT about inner freedom over the past couple of years, and specifically how you can gain the freedom to choose how you feel and how you experience every moment of your life—regardless of your circumstances. Choosing to maintain a state of authentic GRATITUDE can be one of the most beneficial states of consciousness we can choose—especially when we're enduring difficult times—and yet that's also when maintaining that state is most challenging. Enter today's guest. Few people know this better than Louie Schwartzberg. Louie grew up with parents who were Holocaust survivors, and he learned the power of gratitude from a young age. Louie is an award-winning cinematographer, director, producer, and visual artist who tells stories that celebrate life. He's also produced three TED talks that have over 60 million combined views. His newest film, Gratitude Revealed, is a beautiful homage to gratitude and how it improves our lives – both as individuals and as a community. In today's conversation, we discuss why it's crucial to be grateful when times are tough and how to do it, why suffering leads to growth, and Louie's strategies for practicing gratitude in every moment. KEY TAKEAWAYS How Louie learned gratitude from his Holocaust survivor parents and how that inspired him to tell stories about adversity and gratitude through photography and filmmaking. The importance of being grateful not just when things are great but also when things feel terrible. Stop taking everything for granted. You can be grateful even for the small, mundane things that happen to you daily. Gratitude is a muscle, and it will get stronger with practice. Why being kind is always better than being right. How to sprinkle gratefulness throughout your daily existence to break the pattern of negative thinking and rumination. One of the common misconceptions among writers is that success is a mystery. Many people believe that some books are just magically successful for no good reason, and others languish forever with no readers. It's all just luck of the draw, right? Not so fast. My guest today is here to help us understand the simple yet incredibly effective formula for crafting a bestselling book. Her name is Honorée Corder, and she THE self-publishing expert. Honorée is the author of dozens of books, including: You Must Write a Book, The Prosperous Writer book series, Vision to Reality, Business Dating, The Successful Single Mom book series, and many more. She is also the co-author of The Miracle Morning book series, which has over a dozen titles. Honoree coaches business professionals, writers, and aspiring non-fiction authors who want to publish their books to bestseller status, create a platform, and develop multiple streams of income. She also happens to be my writing and business coach, and I've benefitted greatly from her wisdom through her courses, books, and the Empire Builders Mastermind. In this conversation, Honorée breaks down the Bestselling Book Formula, which consists of four key elements. If there's a book that stands the test of time, makes the author money, grows their platform for years, it probably contains some version of this formula. If you had a chance to learn how to set major goals from the man who sent clients to the wreck of the Titanic, arranged for people to get married by the Pope in the Vatican, and set up a private dinner at the feet of Michelangelo's David (statue) while being serenaded by Andrea Bocelli, would you seize it? You are about to get that opportunity! My guest today, Steve Sims, has done things that seem like they've been ripped out of a Hollywood movie script. Forbes and Entrepreneur magazine have even called him “The Real Wizard of Oz.” Steve is an example that you don't need to be afraid to dream big and that nothing is impossible. Fear of failure is a self-fulfilling prophecy, and you need to eradicate those thoughts from your mind to achieve your most cherished goals. In today's conversation, we discussed the importance of thinking big, taking massive action and why you should embrace failure to get to success. We also discuss Steve's latest book Go For Stupid: The Art of Achieving Ridiculous Goals and his strategy for developing an unbeatable mindset that will make it possible to turn your dreams into a reality. KEY TAKEAWAYS The strategy that helped Steve go from being a nightclub doorman to doing business with Elon Musk, Sir Elton John, Sir Richard Branson, and many more. Why most people are scared to chase their deepest passions and Steve's method for overcoming that problem. How to forget the word “impossible” and go after ridiculous, stupid goals! If you act boldly, chances are you'll fail. But you have to get comfortable with failure to reach success. How Steve helps prison inmates turn illegal hustles into productive businesses. What makes a family a solid unit? Is there a playbook you can follow to lead your family? Here's a secret: it all starts with deciding to create Family Miracles. In this episode of The Good Mood Show, Matt O'Neill interviews the proud dad and author of the book Miracle Morning for Families, Mike McCarthy and his wife Lindsay. Mike shares the wisdom that comes with being the head of a family. He shares the importance of creating family values and goals together and constantly reinforcing them to every family member from a young age. He also tackles why intentional family meetings matter. Lead your family to be the best it can be by tuning in to this episode now! Here are some power takeaways from today's conversation: How to create family values The importance of family meetings Reinforcing values from the home to the world Setting family goals Establishing accountability [06:36] Creating Family Values Every family member should have a role in creating your family values. As a family, create a list of words and decide which ones are important. Let these serve as guideposts that will lead your family to the ideal. Reinforce them when challenges arise and affirm family members when they uphold them. [20:28] The Family Meeting Bring intentionality to the family through family meetings. Set a schedule and sit down together to appreciate one another. Tell each other your desires, plans, and goals. Gather and communicate. [33:42] Family Goals In light of your family values, create categories to form the basis of your goals. These categories may be health, adventure, finances, and more. The decision relies on what you value as a family. However, be intentional in setting these goals and creating accountability measures for them. Notable Quotes: Mike [07:36] - “If you want people to really care about whatever it is that you're creating, as a family, as an organization, as a team, then the first step is to get everybody to play a role in creating whatever that is.” Mike [18:13] - “If you're going to build something great, you want to do it on a foundation of really solid values.” Mike [30:07] - “It's my job to make sure they're prepared for the world. It's not the world's job to make sure they're prepared for me at home.” Resources: Connect with Mike McCarthy: Website | Instagram GoBundance FamBudance XChange Approach The Miracle Morning for Parents and Families, available on Amazon (with accompanying playbook) Miracle Morning Playbook Free Exercises Living Untethered by Michael Singer, available on Amazon Grit by Angela Duckworth, available on Amazon Enter your email here to download the Good Mood Toolkit
