Jenny is a pediatric occupational therapist who was born and raised in Miami, FL. She earned her Post-Professional Masters degree in Occupational Therapy with a Bachelors in Journalism & Mass Communications. She had started out thinking she would specialize in outpatient rehabilitation post surgeries, neurological impairment, or accidents but after a rotation on pediatrics she had found her true passion and calling. To work with children who are largely misunderstood in society due to challenges they may face developmentally, neurologically, socially, or physically is a blessing to her. She strongly believes in treating a child holistically and collaborating with their families and academic team aside from any other interdisciplinary therapists such as speech pathologists or behavior analysts in order for most progress to be made. This also takes into account training parents on the importance of their child's nutrition, sleep, hobbies, and extracurricular activities. Jenny went into private practice in 2012 and also co-leads a social skills group with a colleague and friend who is a speech pathologist in South Miami, FL. Jenny also has a team of therapists who work collectively as a unit to treat their little patients with the utmost care. Mike Mutzel has been interested in health and nutrition since he was seven years old. As a child growing up in the 1980s, his interest in building muscle only was fostered by all the old school van Damme and Schwarzenegger movies, and he knew he wanted to lift weights as early as possible. Fast forward a few years, when Mike earned his B.S. in Biology from Western Washington University in 2006 and completed his M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2015. Mike was an all county wrestler and football player in high school, and then got a full scholarship to the University of Central Florida where he rotated as a starter at Defensive End his junior and senior year. After graduating he played FB/LB for four years in the Arena Football League winning a championship with the Orlando Predators in 2001. Mike has competed in several local CrossFit competitions and the 2010 CrossFit Regionals. He also helped coach CrossFit Vida Brickell which qualified for the CrossFit Games in 2011. Mike was one of the pioneers of the South Florida CrossFit movement, when he opened up I Am CrossFit in 2008. He and his then partner, opened six total locations over the next eight years. He is the founder and organizer of the Crush Games, a nationally known fitness competition. In 2011, Mike also launched Formulx supplements which is known for its all-natural, grass-fed whey protein.
