Introducing our latest guest Kevin and his two biceps thunder and lighting!Having gone to the doctor in his late 40's and being told that his cholesterol was high and that he needed to start medication Kevin decided to make some dietary and lifestyle changes to see if he could address his health issues himself. Not only was he successful in dramatically reducing his cholesterol but he also lost 50 pounds of unhealthy weight in 100 days and has kept it off!!! That is the key here, he has made it sustainable, healthy fat loss without going on some crazy restrictive diet or eating nothing but grapefruits for 9 months.
