American professional wrestler
POPULARITY
Anthony Nese is an American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the cruiserweight-exclusive 205 Live brand under the ring name Tony Nese, and is the current Cruiserweight Champion in his first reign. Tony Nese refers to himself as “The Premier Athlete.” A mainstay of the American independent circuit, Nese brings a certain confidence to the Cruiserweight division. And, to be fair, that confidence is not unfounded. With the most impressive physique in the division, a resume that includes clashes with the likes of Matt Hardy and Paul London, as well as a beyond-impressive 450 Splash, Nese has it all. The Premier Athlete lived up to his considerable hype at WrestleMania 35 when he defeated Buddy Murphy to win the WWE Cruiserweight Title at MetLife Stadium in front of 80,000+ people!!
We're talking WWE RAW live after the show! We're geeked at Sasha Banks and Charlotte almost getting into a real fight with Rusev. What is Chris Jericho's list really about? Sheamus does some great things on Facebook Live, and the state of the Cruiserweight Division. Is it the wrestling division or should they be talking more? either way, great matches from TJ Perkins, Anthony Nese and more! Follow our crew on Twitter! Sorg ( @sorgatron ) and Mad Mike (@madmike4883)
Talking WWE Rawâ?? after it goes off air! Enzo and Cass (Enzo Amore & Big Cass)â?? bring some levity to a presidential debate weary evening and a great match with Chris Jerichoâ?? and Kevin Owensâ??. Feeling bad for Mick Foleyâ??. Discuss the great variety of stories happening in Cruiserweight, US Championship, and Women's divisions with our favorites. Amazed at the representation of talent in the Cruiserweight division (favorites like Cedric Alexanderâ??, Anthony Neseâ??, Rich Swannâ??, and Lince Doradoâ??) and that they change the ring topes for every match!

Welcome back to Open the Voice Gate - Rewind and Rewatch, where Case ( https://twitter.com/_inyourcase ) and Mike ( https://twitter.com/fujiiheya ) are Rewinding and Rewatching the Dragon Gate USA era of shows. DGUSA's concludes 2013, their last full calendar year, with Freedom Fight 2013 from the cursed Brooklyn Lyceum in New York on 11/17/2013! Before getting into today's episode, Case and Mike have to jump to Japan to talk about the fall of 2013, including the most brain-melting Unit Shuffle of Dragon System history, the conclusion of World 1 International and Akatsuki, and the birth of generation two of Mad Blankey and the new super face unit, Monster Express. As well they talk about PWG's late 2013 which formed the true basis of their most recent boom. Case and Mike then talk about Freedom Fight 2013, the longest show in the history of DGUSA from Mike's least favorite venue in the history of WWN. The main event is Johnny Gargano defending the Open the Freedom Gate against newly returning to the indies Chris Hero. As well we have the “The Roast of Johnny Gargano, presented by Johnny Gargano”, The Young Bucks vs Masaaki Mochizuki & AR Fox, Rich Swann vs Trent, Ricochet vs Anthony Nese and Chuck Taylor vs Jimmy Susumu.
