John H. Martin is an Army Special Forces Green Beret who served 25 years in the military. John served as an 18D (Special Forces Medic) and 18Z (Team Sergeant) and has extensively background in medical aid and treatment. In this episode, we discuss considerations for joining the military, trying out for Special Forces and what it takes to become mentally and physically ready.
