Just Do It. Rosie Gabrielle isn't you typical globetrotter. She doesn't over plan. She doesn't much plan at all. She doesn't even carry a tool kit. Leaving the details to serendipity isn't for everyone, but it works for her. Though her father was killed in a motorcycle accident, it didn't scare her off. Quite the opposite. It gave her the desire to ride. Eschewing the machismo of many travellers, Gabrielle habitually pushes herself to breaking and beyond. Why? Let her tell you in her own words. And learn why Pakistan is more that just another country to check of her to-do list.
This week on our motorcycle podcast we have freshly returned from the AimExpo in Las Vegas, where we made new friends and had a great time. We share some of our highlights and stories, including a conversation with the DID guys as to which is the better master link. Rivet or clip style? Then Liza shows off her new fake Klim gloves from Ali express, and we compare them to the real version that she also has. Listen to find out what we think of them. Next up we find out how to empty the capacitors on a Vespa, and how and why you would ever want to do it in the first place. Vlogger Rosie Gabrielle joins us via Zoom to share her stories of moto travelling alone through multiple continents and countries. To do this, you either have to be extremely capable and self confident, or you just need to trust that the people you meet along the way will help you when you need, and keep you going on your journey. She has a lifetime of dealing with chronic pain and depression, and found that through her moto travels she was able to heal the unhealable. It's truly amazing what she has accomplished and overcome, and how much of it she shares in her vlogs. She also tells us about falling in love twice on her latest journey, to a man and a country.
