She’s the only woman on the homicide squad, and a skilled chameleon: undercover cop in vice stings, crime-scene commander, patient confidante of killers. A master interrogator, she invokes her personal experience – and deepest griefs -- as a tool to elicit confessions. When a young woman’s body is found at a trash-sorting plant, Trapp learns the murder may be linked to the disappearance of three other women in nearby Santa Ana. Trapp embarks on a dark journey that brings her face to face with a man who takes “a little piece of her soul.” Listen now at http://wondery.fm/DTsomethingwrong Some of my all time favorite podcasts - Crime Junkie, Court Junkie, Criminal, The Dream, Someone Knows Something, Aftermath, Believed, Beyond Reasonable Doubt, Breakdown, Casefile, Broken Harts, Crimetown, Payne in the Pod, Slow Burn, Dirty John, Dr Death, Empire on Blood, In the Dark, S-Town, Serial, She Says, The Ballad of Billy Balls, The Daily, The Grift, The Dropout, The Vanished, Thin Air, Unconcluded, Uncover, Up First, Up and Vanished, The Teacher’s Pet.

Jennifer Kesse disappeared a decade ago and her family is still searching for answers about what happened to the 24-year-old Florida woman. Jennifer's family knew something was wrong when she did not show up for her job on the morning of Tuesday, January 24, 2006. Nancy Grace digs into the mystery with Jennifer's father Drew Kesse, her mom Joyce Kesse, Shaun Gurd -- whose podcast "Unconcluded" focuses on the case, and forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan. The Kesse family tells Grace why they are frustrated with the police investigation and investigator's refusal to cooperate with a private investigator they've hired to help.
