Security footage of the entrance to the Legislative Service Office during the time of the "check incident" has been deleted.  The Wyoming Highway Patrol, in response to an open records request by The Open Range Record, said the videos had "timed out of the system" and are no longer available. This is a shocking development considering that a criminal investigation is ongoing.  It also raises serious questions about the integrity of the investigation and how the legislature deals with the public's right to know.

Near the entrance of the Ugly Tuna Saloona just before 2 a.m. Brian is seen on security footage talking briefly with two women. Brian later became separated from his friends who have stated that they assumed that Brian had left and gone home. At the time of his disappearance Brian Shaffer was 6'2” tall and approximately 160 to 165 lbs. He's a caucasian male with brown hair and hazel eyes. Brian had a Pearl Jam tattoo on his upper right arm and he plays guitar. El Paso, TX airspace shutdown has drawn attention due to no explanation given. In this episode, we examine the FAA's decision to temporarily close airspace at El Paso International Airport for "special security reasons." The restriction was initially expected to last 10 days, but was lifted and flights resumed normal operations. Reports indicate the closure was connected to military activities from nearby Fort Bliss, possibly involving drone operations or related exercises. A similar brief airspace restriction occurred in New Orleans around the same time. Is American airspace safe?
