"Very Important People" is an American improvisational comedy talk show that premiered on Dropout in December 2023, hosted by Vic Michaelis as a fictionalized version of themself. A reboot of the 2010 CollegeHumor series "Hello, My Name Is...," episodes feature comedians who, after being unwittingly transformed via extensive makeup and costuming, have to devise characters from first impressions for an interview with Michaelis' host persona. The show's third season aired from December 2025 to June 2026. Michaelis was kind enough to spend some time talking with us about their work and experience making the talk show, which you can listen to below. Please be sure to check out the show, which is up for your consideration for this year's Emmy Awards and is now available to stream on Dropout. Thank you, and enjoy! The show's eighth season premiered in May 2026 and is contending for Emmy recognition. Send us Fan MailThis is it, everyone! It's not a drill, this is THE final episode of Season 2 of Dungeon Radio Hour! I can't believe we're here. This has been 2 whole seasons of our show. I'm about to get a bit sappy now, please bear with me. We really so appreciate each and every one of you listeners. The messages we've been sent saying how much you have enjoyed the show have truly meant the world to us. We're just a nerdy gang who needed an outlet to perform. This has been such a fun, fulfilling project. Thank you so much because without you, well, I guess we'd still have a show, but it would be a lot more sad. And it can feel that way sometimes. Just us putting out our show into the void and hoping someone will listen. Anyway, please enjoy our final episode of this season (because yes, we will be back for a Season 3 after a short hiatus), please let us know what you think, and please keep being wonderful. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::THIS SHOW IS NSFW AND NSFK (Not safe for kids. sorry kids!)Our DM is Dalton Rusher-RiddleOur Players are Andrew Gehrlein, Michael Adair & Alissa AdairTheme song by Dustin HookSound effects from Zapsplat and PixabayBackground music by DJartmusic, welbornworks, and yaksahbanphakhan on Pixabay and Nerdius MaximusPlease check out our Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, AND NOW PATREON on our Linktree to keep up with the latest DRH news!Bye for now~:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Support the show

I recently reached out to a therapist for myself and realized how much the entire intake process sets the tone of the therapeutic alliance. In this episode, I share some suggestions for how we can hold a therapeutic frame with potential clients before the therapy starts. Not only will it improve the client experience, but setting accurate expectations can help clients make an accurate decision before consenting to therapy, and clients are less likely to cancel before the first session (like I did!). Join co-hosts Lisa Duck and Susan Larimer as they talk with Mia Copeland about how she leverages systems, tools, and personal branding to streamline her real estate and coaching businesses. This episode offers actionable insights for entrepreneurs looking to build sustainable, stress-free businesses using practical systems and smart tech. Takeaways:Systems help create freedom in your business by reducing stress, saving time, and removing the need to constantly figure out what to do next. The best system is the one you will actually use, whether that is Boards, Canva, Google Drive, AI, or even pen and paper. You do not have to run your business the same way as everyone else. Your systems should fit your personality, workflow, and the way you naturally work best. Start small instead of trying to build every system at once. Focus on one area like onboarding, follow-up, or content planning and improve it step by step. A strong client experience comes from intentional systems that guide people from first contact through follow-up and relationship building. #DirectSales #BusinessGrowth #TheOther99%Podcast #cinchshareThis episode of The Other 99% Podcast is sponsored by CinchShare, a social media scheduler designed for direct sellers and creators who want to stay consistent without the overwhelm. Today Jen welcomes cancer survivor, business owner, and holistic health advocate Stephanie Rouzee to Not Today Cancer. Stephanie calls herself a "corporate dropout turned cancer thriver" after leaving a high-pressure mortgage career to prioritize healing, purpose, and time with her family. Stephanie shares how she was originally told "cancer doesn't hurt" when she reported painful breast symptoms, despite having dense breasts and feeling a clear lump. Months later, severe pain finally led to a same-day mammogram, biopsy, and a diagnosis of stage 1, grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma. She opens up about navigating endless appointments, portal results that quietly revealed "invasive ductal carcinoma," and the moment she chose to see cancer as an "opportunity" instead of a life-ending sentence. You'll hear: The exact symptoms she felt (including pain) and why dense breasts plus "it doesn't hurt so it's fine" can be such a dangerous combo. Her treatment path: lumpectomy, 22 rounds of radiation, medically induced menopause, and why radiation fatigue hit her harder than she expected. Why she ultimately stopped hormone-blocking meds after joint pain, brain fog, and the terrifying moment she couldn't remember her own son's name. How she uses food as medicine now—focusing on plants, organic grass‑fed meats, mushroom coffee, low‑sugar, low‑processed eating, and specific bio‑nutrients to support hormones and healing. The role of exercise, walking, and strength training in lowering inflammation, regulating hormones, and supporting her mental health post-treatment. Her experience with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and functional testing (like the Dutch test) to uncover high estrogen, cortisol issues, and estrogen detox challenges. Why she quit her corporate job after her doctor warned that her high stress and poor nutrition could raise her risk of recurrence—and how working alongside her husband changed everything. Josh Suggs is 23 years old and already running a company generating millions in revenue, completely bootstrapped. But the money story here isn't just about the numbers. It's about a kid who grew up in Westport, CT, one of the wealthiest zip codes in America, feeling like he didn't belong, watching his mom stress about retirement while surrounded by hedge fund dads, and channeling that into an obsession with building things from the age of 13.Daniel and Josh get into the real numbers: what Josh actually takes home, where it sits (mostly cash, barely invested, and he'll tell you why), and what his monthly spend actually looks like living in New York. Spoiler: $3,000/month on Uber because he refuses to take the subway.ABOUT MONEYWISEMoneyWise is a Hampton podcast about what wealthy founders actually do with their money. Not how they made it — what they do after. Real numbers. Real allocation. Real feelings about wealth. What is it like to create a Shakespeare play that's never been written—and will never be performed again? The Improvised Shakespeare Company is a long-running ensemble that performs entirely unscripted plays in the style of Shakespeare. Founded in Chicago in 2005, the company has spent two decades building a devoted following through performances in the United States and internationally. In this episode, Blaine Swen, the company's founder, and Ross Bryant discuss how their performances take shape in real time, beginning with a single audience-suggested title and unfolding into a full-length play that will never be repeated. Drawing on techniques from long-form improvisation and a deep familiarity with Shakespeare's language, structure, and themes, the ensemble creates stories that balance poetry, comedy, spontaneity, and lots of fun. They reflect on what makes Shakespeare particularly well-suited to improv, from his larger-than-life characters and emotional intensity to the flexibility of his language and cultural references. They also explore the mechanics of their process—how they listen, build on each other's ideas, and embrace mistakes as opportunities—and why committing fully to the moment often leads to the most surprising and meaningful results.
