Daniel Tichenor, professor of Political Science and director of the Wayne Morse Center's Program for Democratic Governance at the University of Oregon, pops the hood on President Biden's apparent logjam on immigration reform—taking us on a tour of what such reform has looked like in decades prior in the process.
