What happened in the world of Transformers this week you ask? Well Andy and Mikey get to talk about the rumours for the new Transformers Live Action film Rise of the Beasts, there's a trailer for the official Jurassic Park x Transformers crossover and Origins Bumblebee pops up as his g1 cartoon manta ray car mode thingy. Plus what the lads of course did in the week and random talking on stuff to boot, side note William Dafoe is amazing, Mikey is wrong.
NFL SUPER Wild Card Playoffs are in the books! Andy and Ian are here to dissect everything. Just like that frog you dissected in high school. Well Andy doesn't know, he never went to high school. That's probably why he keeps losing dumb bets to Ian. Philip Rivers throws like a girl, Rams are booking a one way flight OUT of Fraudland, Tampa Tom drinks some Heineken, the Ravens STOMP all over the Titans and their fucking logo, the Bears kick us all in the nuts instead of an extra point, and the Steelers let the Browns shit all over their chests. Wrap up with the College Football National Championship game... WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT?! Money?? Fuck off!
Andy and Dave have been wandering around a dark tunnel they may or may not have been supposed to go down. A rabbit hole if you will… but what’s new! They're still up to the same old shenanigans like subverting your expectations with crazy stories, wildly interesting facts and more riffs than Eddie Van Halen. /// A brief piece of prose to keep you on your toes It's a quick Christmas episode at DUDE DID YOU HEAR Hoping we bring you some sweet Christmas cheer Maybe your merriment's just not the same But we came bearing gifts, and all without shame Maybe you've been naughty, perhaps you've been nice This episode's for Christmas so don't put it on ice This episode's best before 12.25 The day after Hans Gruber's infamous dive Dive hard he did cause of ole John McClain We hope your Christmas doesn't hit like a train Remember the state hated Christmas before But the truth is that Christmas means a little bit more On a night quite like this, our Savior was born the breaking light of a bright glorious morn /// Andy is drinking a Hop Fiend IPA from Boojum Brewery and Dave is drinking Santa’s Little Helper from Port Brewing. One has been done before and one has an extra DDYH attached to it. Quickdraws include poo poo, pee pee, an astonishing fact about A Christmas Carol, the fastest red card in soccer EVER and have you ever heard of Sartre? (that’s ok) Admit it, you’re always wondered why a marathon is 26.2 miles. Or maybe you think you already know the answer. Well Andy is here to subvert your expectations and put that to rest! Like that first Marathon runner of yesteryear. Christmas is cancelled, say many Burgomeisters around the world. Miserable masked misers making mince of merriment. But fear not. Santa Claus is coming to town. Hans (not Gruber) but Steininger. Germany. Beards. The Burger Meister. Die Hard. What were we talking about again? It’s a Christmas story, Dave promises. RELOAD – Andy is drinking Elijah Craig Straight Rye and Dave is drinking the coveted Pliny the Elder Andy recommends the book Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen. Whether you’re a runner or a couch potato, you’ll be fascinated by the stories in this book. Dave recommends The Mandalorian, especially after the conclusion of a stellar Season 2. Dave and Andy basically want a redo on the sequel trilogy. This is the Star Wars they’ve been waiting for. Andy doesn’t recommend messing with moms. Especially if you’re part of the cartel. The story of one mom giving the Cartel... CART-HELL!!! Dave doesn’t recommend having the Instagram app on your phone. He’s got a harrowing personal story about this. Mind your own business, Zuckerburg! Sticky fingers stealing your swipes like the wet bandits! AND.... A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM DAVE AND ANDY
Can't stand the rain? Well Andy can and he wants us all to know about it.

So, here’s Andy Shrader. A guy with a plan who’s been through one highly disorganized launch with the restaurant group he’s called home. Who’s now ready to right all the mistakes he witnessed there and set a future of his own making in a brand-new restaurant in his own hometown. In some way, his is the story of every woman or man wearing the mantle of Chef. His is also the story of every dreamer who may have never set foot in a restaurant kitchen but somehow knows there’s a place for them in the restaurant cosmos. There’s a conviction in some that allows them to make the decision to put it all on the line and create. The belief that their ideas are right, their vision is clear, and they will succeed. Well Andy’s restaurant, an American eatery called PLate on Main (the PL in capital letters standing for Prior Lake, the town where both he and the restaurant live) is underway and construction has begun. Andy and his working partners have infused the project with the all corrections of missed opportunity they’ve experienced while working for others. Or have they? Only time and the first busy night will tell.Johnson & Wales UniversityLeann Chin - Wikipedia PageIke's Food & Cocktails - BloomingtonDesign FilterZeman ConstructionRapids Restaurant Equipment
Okay I do like to talk, I admit it. Good news is that so does Barry and we spend some real time (long time!) breaking down the evolution of Barry’s business and what went right and what went not so right. Barry let’s it all out there and his candid honesty will help you understand everyone makes mistakes, everyone has their challenges and life still goes on. This is part 1 of 2 with some real perspective from someone who had built up a large ecommerce business and lost it all. Then reinvented it again but smarter and more within his control this time. So Stephen: [00:00:15] here’s the deal. You know Andy Salomon’s an amazing freedom their sponsor of my show and their courses launching and it’s all new open for a week or two. Just about that and Andy pays me I mean that’s quite frankly if you sign up for his course he pays me. We all know that. I’ve been very clear about that. And to entice you to come through me which doesn’t cost anything additional. We have offered my wife my son and I will prep your first private label product that you develop through his course. Now his course is phenomenal. I’m Stephen: [00:00:48] in there so you’ll get to see me. You’ll get to consult with me and we can talk about you know what the prep is going to require you’ll send it to our warehouse at our location. We do have a loading dock so that’s going to save you some fees. You don’t have to get a lift gate or any of those things. Your first order up to a thousand units. I am going to qualify it and say you’ve got to do it within six months because I want you to take action. Stephen: [00:01:09] But here’s the deal. No fees whatever. Know labels bags whatever. That’s your responsibility but outside of that we’ll actually do the work for you. We’ll do a cursory inspection for you and we will absolutely ensure that your product gets there the best way it can. And you know I’m excited about that because I want you to focus on developing a product and then launching it. That’s where the hard work is and that’s where the road is going to help you the most is launching a product don’t worry about packing it up and getting it in there. We can help you with that. And again I’m going to do the first thing for free. How do I make money on it. Well Andy pays me. So I just want to be clear about that and offer that to you. The only way you’re going to get that we are not a prep center. Stephen: [00:01:53] The only way you’re going to get that is if you joint through my link and it’s on this episode...
