Hey Y'all! Happy weekend! First off, let me start by saying thank you to those who have been patient with me these last few weeks. Between having to move, get things situated, vacation to see my mom, and life.. I've been busy. So thank you all for being understanding of me! Secondly, this episode is a complete freestyle. I had to get some personal thoughts out to alleviate some stress and emotions. Y'all life is being life lately, and I needed to vent to let y'all know why I make this podcast. I don't do it for recognition, for money, for clout. I do it because we all struggle as humans with mental health. And not everyone is open and willing to discuss their struggles. I hope this episode speaks volumes to you, that you gain something from a little bit of nothing. As always! Wash your hands, wear your mask & be easy! See y'all in two weeks!

Hey y'all! I'm BACK BABY! First off, thank y'all so much for being understanding with my time away. I was in the process of moving and then I took a mini vacay to see my family. During my absence my editor, Joey did two fill-in episodes for me. I would like to personally thank him! Not only did he do an amazing job, but his vulnerability and honesty spoke to A LOT of people. And I couldn't have picked a better fill in host. This episode touches base on seeing my mom, going back to Tennessee and truly recognizing how much growth I've endured since I left. I also speak on a conversation my mom and I had while she does my lashes. I have love for you Tennessee, but Texas is my new home! I hope y'all have an amazing week & this new episode speaks goodness into you! As always wash your hands & be easy!

Hey Yall! So im going to keep it real with y'all, I almost didn't do an episode this week. Life really was happening to me, and I was feeling defeated and under water. But this podcast is to help with mental health & I'm here to be Vulnerable. Raw. Honest. This weeks episode speaks on forgiveness and how mentally exhausting it is. I remember growing up everyone used to say “ Forgive and forget”. That's a false narrative. It's hard to forgive if we are being 100% honest, it's mentally exhausting and draining to find the other emotions that come along with forgiving someone or an action done by another. Forgetting ? Damn near impossible if you ask me. Life experiences are not forgetful. This was a hard episode for me, but I hope it helps someone out there struggling with forgiveness or forgiving someone.Y'all be easy!

Music Heals the Wounds we Can't See

Hey Yall! Happy weekend. Today's episode I speak about music - and how it not only is amazing to listen to, but it genuinely heals scars and wounds that we can't see. Since I was a young girl, music is a passion I engulfed myself in. Whether it was me singing in the living room at the age of 4, being in choir all throughout grade school or in the car, windows down cruising. It's something I hold dear. But not only is it a passion, it's been a way of healing through my trauma all these years. The way music can feel as if it's made for you, how a good beat can make you forget all the worries and stresses you may have, or the way the artist lyrics sounds as if it was written for you to get through a heartbreak, a job lost, weight loss etc. Music is a constant, it never fails you. I hope y'all enjoy today's episode! Let me know how it made you feel! Feel free to DM me on Instagram: @Raychullxoxo Tell me your favorite songs and artist! Be easy as always.

Hey y'all ! Happy Spring! Today's episode describes change, and the impact it can have on your mental health. I speak a lot on Covid-19 in this episode because the pandemic was the most recent. It forced change that happened to everyone very quickly. While change can be scary, it also can be enlightening. As always, I hope yall enjoy this episode, and be easy! Knowing What Triggers You!

Hey yall! Today's episode is about triggers and being able to identify them. Growing up, I didn't understand why something as simple as a smell, a touch, a sound, scenery, etc. would cause me to break down and cry. Or cause me to be quick to anger. It wasn't until I went to therapy in California where my therapist informed me that I had PTSD - and I was being triggered by certain things unintentionally. Knowing what triggers you is not only an important thing so you can avoid any depressive episodes or PTSD, but also a POWERFUL thing. I know I used to feel weak and little to my triggers, but knowing what they are & having in place therapeutic practices to help with them, has left me feeling powerful and strong again. You're worthy of more than the trauma that's happened. As always be easy!

Hey y'all! Today's episode touches base on the basic BS that is consumed on a 9-5. Here lately, I've been feeling the need to become my own boss. I've been hungry to be able to have the freedom everyone craves. We all need mental health days, but big cooperate jobs will question you about, "Why do you need this day off " "What's wrong with you" "Can you take another day minus this one? We need you”. No. They don't care about us mentally, so why stress ourselves physically? I let it out on this episode ya'll. The intro of the episode is artist, Seanny Sol, who's an artist based out of Killeen, TX. Check him out! As always, thank you for listening and I hope this message gets to you well!

“You are enough just the way you are right now". As women, we tend to allow ourselves to love everything else whole heartily more than we love the reflection we see in the mirror. Personally, I believe social media has created this persona that you need to be this, you need to have that; but life doesn't work that way. Comparison is a thief of joy. Sometimes we as women, compromise too much of ourselves to have someone consume the parts of us we don't love. Even men will compromise themselves to make a woman happy. You should love yourself, every part of you that any individual, whether it's a partner, a friend, or a loved one, is an addictive to you, and nothing more. You are the prize. You are everything that you need. Is it worth it lose yourself to help someone else find themselves? Enjoy this weeks episode! Next week we speak on 9-5's, which no one enjoys! As always be blessed!

Hello everyone! I've been gone for a little bit, but we are back with another episode! In this episode, I had reached out to my followers and friends on Instagram to see if there were any questions they needed answers to, or even discuss. This 2-part question came from my friend Veri, who is an amazing individual and the proud owner of; The Vibe Out Zone Studio (VOZ). She asked how I got to where I am now, as well as an inside look into a typical day in the life of Ray. Man! This was an exciting episode! Episodes like these give me an opportunity to speak on growth within myself and the history that makes me the person I am today. Thank you so much for listening!
