Robin Strand and Mike Barnes discuss bodybuilding and fitness techniques to improve the body and mind. Mike is one of Canada's highest ranked national bodybuilders as well as an avid gamer. Robin is an IFBB PRO Men's open bodybuilder who is currently working on getting into grad school. Both individuals have coached people that have just started in the gym and would like to get in shape, as well as elite athletes and competitive bodybuilders .
