Robin Strand and Mike Barnes discuss bodybuilding and fitness techniques to improve the body and mind. Mike is one of Canada's highest ranked national bodybuilders as well as an avid gamer. Robin is an IFBB PRO Men's open bodybuilder who is currently working on getting into grad school.
