As I lead a group through the Liberation Sequence I've been treated to more liberation and I'm sharing another real life example of what I mean by "liberation" in today's episode. As the sequence is awake and alive within me I am inviting it, encouraging it to work its magic and I have been treated to yet another bar of my self-imposed prison dissolving

Here is an example of how the sequence works within our DNA releasing us from limiting mental constructs. We are creating our reality. We can only experience the reflection of our inner state. It wasn't until I began my quest to understand exactly what self-love is, and how to do it, that I began to feel how I'd been hustling to earn, to prove, to receive my value from other people. The moment I began to love myself in new ways, I saw so clearly that I am the one who knows my value. Our Value is intrinsic. As we know it, everyone around us knows it. Value comes from within and naturally flows from us. We value what we love. Be kind to yourself as you complete this quiz. Data is merely data and you can effect a change anytime you desire. People-pleasing where does it come from? Why do I do it? Why doesn't it make me satisfied, fulfilled, at peace? Our people-pleasing tendencies are not our fault. We innocently associated behavior and reward and now we need a little assist to change our perspective and to set ourselves free. Nothing has gone wrong, we just aren't fulfilling ourselves when we attempt to please other people.
