In this episode of The Spiritual Investor Podcast, I share a conversation recorded from New York during a week of in-person podcast interviews and deep connection. This episode explores the nonlinear nature of money and why financial ups and downs often have less to do with circumstance and more to do with our state of allowing. I unpack the illusion of money as something linear, why trying to fix your relationship with money can actually create separation, and how abundance naturally expands when we stop operating from need. In this conversation, I share: Why money was never meant to move in a straight line The difference between trying to make money and allowing it How emotional stabilization impacts financial flow Why curiosity creates expansion faster than effort What happens when you stop asking how and start discovering who you're becoming This episode is an invitation to step outside of time, release the pressure to figure everything out, and reconnect with the version of you that already allows abundance. If you're feeling called to experience this work in person, I'll be hosting our first private Spiritual Investor live event this April in San Luis Obispo. You can learn more at thespiritualinvestor.com/live2026. Thank you for being here and being part of this evolution.

You're not depressed. You're not fine either. You're somewhere in the middle — and there's actually a name for it. In this episode, I'm unpacking why so many of us feel like we're watching our lives through a foggy windshield, and sharing one surprisingly simple shift that can wake you back up to yourself. We'll talk about what's really happening in your brain when you hit that sweet spot where time disappears and your inner critic finally shuts up — and how to get there more often, even in the margins of a very full life. This one's short, practical, and might just be the permission slip you didn't know you needed. This week's invitation: Block 90 minutes. One activity. If nothing seems to change after divorce, even though you're doing the work, this episode explains why.In this episode of The Crazy Ex-Wives Club, Erica breaks down what actually creates real, sustainable change after divorce. Not just mindset. Not just strategy. But the combination of internal alignment, external action, and small habits that compound over time.Erica introduces her simple 1-2-3 framework for building a year, and a life, that actually feels good to live. She explains why visualization without action keeps you stuck, why action driven by fear leads to burnout, and how divorced women can rebuild their lives without trying to fix everything at once. This episode explores the importance of getting clear on what you truly want, using tools to stay accountable when life gets chaotic, and creating a rhythm that supports growth instead of forcing progress. Erica shares how tiny daily resets, from morning routines to environmental cues, create stability, confidence, and forward momentum over time.If you're tired of waiting for “someday” and ready to stop rebuilding your life from pressure, fear, or exhaustion, this episode shows you how to blend the woo and the do, one small choice at a time. You'll learn:Why mindset alone doesn't create lasting change after divorceHow fear-based action keeps you stuck in the same cycleWhy small daily habits matter more than big promisesHow to get clear on what you really want beyond surface goalsWhy focusing on energy and experience creates better outcomesHow tools and environment support accountability during hard seasonsWhy starting tomorrow delays healing and growthHow rhythm creates consistency when motivation fadesWhy enjoyment is required for sustainable changeHow tiny choices compound into long-term transformationWe talk about:00:00 Why 2026 can't be built the same way as 202502:00 Growth seasons versus healing seasons04:00 Why mindset alone doesn't work06:00 The 1-2-3 framework for real change08:00 Getting clear on what you truly want and why10:00 Energy, experience, and frequency versus rigid goals12:00 Letting go of control and allowing surprise14:00 Accountability tools when life feels chaotic16:00 Using your environment to support your nervous system18:00 Why waiting for the perfect time keeps you stuck20:00 Choosing small daily actions over overwhelm22:00 Creating rhythm instead of forcing timelines24:00 Flowing with natural cycles instead of rigid calendars26:00 Why fun and enjoyment matter in rebuilding28:00 Manifestation as alignment plus action30:00 Knowing when you're forcing instead of flowing32:00 Rebuilding your life one small choice at a timeLinks Mentioned in the ShowNeed a monthly reset and rhythm? What Happens to an Economy When Credit Stops Flowing?

Credit is the lifeblood of a modern economy. When it expands, ideas turn into companies, small builders become employers, and innovation compounds. When it contracts, the damage is slower, quieter, and far harder to see. In this episode, we trace what happens when banks stop lending and money stops doing its real work. Using Ireland as a case study, we show how domestic credit has collapsed since the crash, from banks lending 160% of deposits at the peak of the Celtic Tiger to barely 40% today, and why that matters far more than headline GDP figures. Drawing on history, from the silver mines of Potosí to Spain's long decline, we explain why money is never neutral, why credit fuels growth in ways governments cannot replicate, and how multinational windfalls can mask a dangerously hollowed-out private economy. The result may look like prosperity, but it behaves more like stagnation. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

This morning I headed out along Colquitz Creek for a five-kilometre run, and the creek was in full storm surge mode. Flowing down from Elk Lake, it was louder and fuller than I've ever seen it, a big change from the usual trickle. I followed the path beside the water (with Interurban Road humming nearby), carefully crossed the nearly flooded stepping stones, and stopped for a few photos along the way. The route opened up at Panama Flats, wide, watery, and full of birdsong, with Mount Douglas watching in the distance. A muddy, scenic out-and-back adventure — recorded live, as always.

What if the difference between a stagnant ministry and a multiplying one is a single idea: flow. We unpack how movement—not mere activity—creates life in a church, drawing from vivid biblical metaphors of rivers that bring renewal and a bloodstream that sustains the body. With guest pastor and author Brother Sayers, we chart practical pathways that guide people from seekers to believers, believers to disciples, and disciples to ministers, while guarding against the bottlenecks that keep gifted people on the sidelines. We break flow into three domains—into, within, and out of the church—and examine three vital streams across them: people, resources, and service. You'll hear how to build ministry pathways that actually move, why rotating and releasing leaders accelerates growth, and how to spot red flags like centralized control, unclear roles, and overprogramming. On the resource side, we talk cheerful giving, financial transparency, and the mindset shift from scarcity to stewardship that funds mission without burning out a few faithful givers.Service culture gets a hard look too: how to cultivate joyful volunteers, avoid burnout, and extend impact beyond four walls through collaboration, district events, and community service. We also introduce a simple measurement model—lead and lag metrics—that helps leaders audit momentum and make spirit-led, practical adjustments. The challenge lands personal and clear: tend your spiritual inflow through prayer and the Word, then pour out. Be a river, not a reservoir.Along the way, we share updates from Europe, celebrate church milestones, cast vision for the New York crusade, and invite you to join a movement that measures what moves and sends people with purpose. If you're ready to replace busywork with meaningful motion, press play, take notes, and start unblocking the stream. If this spoke to you, subscribe, share with a leader who needs it, and leave a review with one action you'll take to be the flow.We love to hear from our listeners! Welcome to a new episode of ASMR Sleep Recordings. In this episode, you will hear a flowing river for two hours.Improve your health and happiness. The sound you hear in this episode creates a calm atmosphere and at the same time blocks out disturbing noises. This will help you de-stress, unwind, and rest. Enjoy two hours of relaxing sounds to help you relax, focus, study and fall asleep.About ASMR Sleep Recordings:The purpose of ASMR Sleep Recording is to help you sleep and concentrate better. This particular episode lasts two hours and has no ads in the middle, so you won't be woken up or disturbed while focusing or relaxing. When you listen to ASMR Sleep Recordings, you can lock your phone, so you won't get any bothersome stimuli from notifications and other sounds from your phone. You can switch between apps while studying or working without pausing the ambient sound.About our sounds:Water creates a natural white noise. Infused with the relaxing quality of nature and the sound-masking properties of white noise, listening to running water is an ideal way to turn off all the stressful things life brings, and to de-stress. Some of our most popular sounds include a river, flowing creek, babbling brook, gentle waves on a lake, and a bamboo fountain. Rain also creates a natural white noise. Infused with the relaxing quality of nature and the sound-masking properties of white noise, listening to rain is an ideal way to switch off all the stressful things life brings and to de-stress. Some of our most popular sounds are rain on an umbrella, hailstorms, hard rain, soft rain, gentle rain, wind and rain, rain on a car.White noise helps babies and children to get a better and deeper night's sleep. This is because external sounds are masked by the noise. With white noise in the background, your child will not hear annoying cars driving by or dogs barking in bed. This allows your little one to sleep better. And it also saves you as a parent a lot of hours!Pink noise is more common in nature than you might expect. It can be compared to continuous rainfall or wind. In addition to white noise, pink noise is also increasing in popularity, especially in business environments. Because it can increase productivity, concentration and creativity.Brown noise can be compared to waves of the sea, a river current, strong winds or the sound of thunder during a storm. Like pink noise, brown noise is very similar to white noise. However, the frequencies have been lowered even further and a lot more concentrated. This gives it a rougher/coarse tone than pink noise. It sounds a bit deeper and a bit bass-like. The benefits of brown noise are the same as the other types of noise. It provides relaxation, increased focus and improved deep sleep.DISCLAIMER: Be aware that loud noises can damage your hearing. If you can't carry on a conversation without raising your voice while playing one of our spheres, the sound may be too loud for your ears. Do not place the speakers directly next to a baby's ears. If you have trouble hearing or ringing in your ears, stop listening to the white noise immediately and see an audiologist or your doctor. The sounds provided by ASMR Sleep Recordings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a treatment for sleep disorders or tinnitus. Consult your doctor if you regularly have severe sleeping problems, experience fitful/restless sleep or feel tired during the day.ASMR Sleep Recordings is the white noise and nature sounds podcast to help you sleep, study or soothe a baby. ASMR Sleep Recordings has uploaded more than 400+ episodes in the 4 years that the podcast has been online. You can listen to all episodes of the podcast on your favorite podcast platform. People use white noise for sleep, focus, sound masking or relaxation. This podcast has the sound for you, whether you're using white noise to study, to soothe a baby with cramps, to fall asleep, or to just enjoy a quiet moment. You don't need to buy a white noise machine if you can listen to these sounds for free.

In this episode we revisit three Technicolor melodramas made by British cinema's great auteur duo Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger, bursting with vibrant emotions and sensuality that exercise a dangerous allure over their protagonists: Clive Candy, the upper-class colonialist twerp played by Roger Livesey in The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp (1943) who discovers the poetry in his soul thanks to the influence of three in-Kerr-nations of Deborah Kerr and the friendship of Anton Walbrook; Sister Clodagh (Kerr again) in Black Narcissus (1947), futilely pitting the Protestant work ethic against the infinite; and Victoria Page (Moira Shearer) in The Red Shoes (1948), torn between the demands of art and mere humanity. And in Fear and Moviegoing in Toronto, more Naruse: Flowing (1956), a study of a declining geisha house through the perspective of Kinuyo Tanaka's kindly but powerless servant, and The Stranger Within a Woman (1966), a film noir about being consumed by guilt while the world just wants you to move on.  Time Codes: 0h 00m 25s:    Brief Intro - Powell and Pressburger 0h 07m 11s:    THE LIFE AND DEATH OF COLONEL BLIMP (1943) [dir. There Is a River: Flowing with the Holy Spirit [Audio Podcast]

Tom Speaking at North Woods Community Church, Solon Springs, Wisconsin. What if God isn't distant—but closer than you've ever realized? In this powerful and Spirit-filled message, you're invited to pause, breathe, and remember a life-changing truth: God is here. Through Scripture, personal testimony, and prophetic insight, this episode explores the biblical promise that “there is a river whose streams make glad the city of God”—and that river is still flowing today. Drawing from Psalm 46 and Ezekiel 47, this teaching reveals the Holy Spirit as God's living river—bringing joy where there is heaviness, healing where there is brokenness, and hope where life feels dry or uncertain. Whether you feel ankle-deep in faith or ready for waters to swim in, this message calls you to go deeper, to cooperate with what God is doing, and to allow His presence to transform not only your life, but the world around you. You'll hear how revival always begins with relationship—being a friend of God—and how the river that flows from His presence is meant to move beyond the “temple” and reach families, communities, and nations. This is a message about destiny, renewal, and the unstoppable flow of God's Spirit. If you're longing for fresh joy, spiritual clarity, or a renewed sense of purpose, this episode is an invitation: get in the river—and let it rise This message was preached at North Woods Community Church, near the headwaters of the St. Croix River, an area which has received powerful prophecies of a great move of God before the return of the Lord. Enjoy the River! Notes: THERE IS A RIVER! There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy dwelling place of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she will not be moved; God will help her in the early dawn. (Psalms 46:4-5, MEV). MT: God's river will flow through you in a greater way, and you will be part of His great plan to bring forth His presence and power … and to bring salvation to the earth. Two separate, almost identical prophecies given by two missionaries who did not know one another in 1948 predicted that just before Jesus returns there would be a great move of God beginning at the headwaters of the St. Croix and affecting the area 100 miles east and west of the entire St. Croix River, bringing salvation, healing, and restoration before the Lord returns. These prophecies stated that there would be miracles in finances, healing, and deliverance, as well as a return to biblical living. Your destiny… not just potential This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; (1Timothy 1:18, KJV). Drink of the river. Swim in the river. Enjoy the river. Reach the world with the river. Ezekial 47:1-12 Increase  Jn 7:37-39 Come to me and drink A water libation ceremony, known in Judaism as Nissuch Ha-Mayim, was a joyous ritual during the ancient Jewish Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) where priests would draw water from the Pool of Siloam and pour it onto the altar in the Temple, symbolizing prayers for rain and spiritual salvation. This popular, music-filled event featured processions, trumpets, and joyous crowds. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation. (Isaiah 12:3, KJV). I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Acts 2:16-21 Rev 22:1-5 Pure river of the water of life; we are drinking of only the foretaste of heaven's river.

Welcome to a new episode of ASMR Sleep Recordings. In this episode, you will hear a flowing river in nature. Improve your health and happiness. Work On Your Game: Discipline, Confidence & Mental Toughness For Sports, Business & Life | Mental Health & Mindset

In this episode, I break down the three ways we respond to pressure: fold, fight, or flow. Every challenge puts you at a fork in the road, even if you don't notice it. The choice you make is not random, it shows your conditioning, your preparation, and your level of control. I explain what each response really means and how it plays out under pressure. As you listen, you can check yourself and see which one you default to. Show Notes: [01:45]#1 Folding is what we call a collapsing response. [07:04]#2 Fighting is an ego reaction.  [11:14]#3 Flowing is your regulated response.  [14:42]#4 Your default mood becomes your reputation.   [16:46]#5 Power is about choosing your response, not winning in the moment. I want to share something a little vulnerable with you. Recording solo episodes still stretches me. Even after all these years of hosting my podcast (9 years this month!), there's still a part of me that wonders, "Will this resonate? Is this what you want to hear?" And yet… lately, I keep getting the same nudge and download. In the shower. On walks. Lots of signs on the road. In quiet moments with myself. "Do more solos." "Trust your guidance." "You're here to do more healing work." So this episode is me listening to that inner voice — and trusting it. It's part of how I continue to heal my thyroid (hello throat chakra) and trust in my higher self.  Meaning, this episode is not scripted. It's not overly polished. It's a heart-centered message that wanted to come through for the beginning of this year — for you and for me. The cards I pulled made me feel like they were chosen by a divine hand. There's also a healing activation woven in, because that's what keeps wanting to emerge. Also, I was inspired to send distant Reiki
