Experimental Radio is an monologic exploration of meditations, sacred text and the ideas we use to engage life to adapt, survive and thrive; including special guest conversations with thoughtful humans. Literally the annals of my mind.
Sometimes they don’t get it and that’s OK. You have to accept that family and friends will not understand or accept everything you do. This is OK. You have you’re own walk in life. So walk it. This episode is dedicated to those who love us but sometimes don’t understand us.

What do you do when there is nothing wrong? How do you navigate joy; even better contentment? Is the ‘nothing’ a safe place for you, or is your mind constantly looking for a fight?
We are all made for ‘this.’ I can’t tell you what your this is, but I suspect you already know. Deep inside, in the quiet of your mind there is a whisper of a dream or giftedness. I want to remind you - that you were made for this.

True to the experiment, I wanted to capture this episode while outside. These are the sounds of life. Spending time with yourself can be a trip. How well do you know you? Have you been running from yourself? This past year we have been forced indoors; without our usual distractions and outlets. We now have the time, if taken to look deeply within ourselves. What have you learned?

Cleaning, minimizing and down-sizing life requires looking back. One day while conducting the perpetual task of decluttering my life; I went down the rabbit hole of looking through old journals.
Cleaning, minimizing and down-sizing life requires looking back. One day while entertaining the perpetual task of decluttering my life; I went down the rabbit hole of looking through old journals. Good and challenging this journey through the past and observing what was done and what was forgotten and what's exactly the same. I encourage you to take your trip, it's cathartic if nothing else.
I would try and write some eloquent description, but this episode is a thoughtful rant! Fight for Joy. Change the Narrative. You have the Power. Please enjoy!

Happy New Year! It's been a wild, unpredictable, relentless ride that 2020. We are on the other side, one question: what are you going to do?

There is more inside. Wisdom can be found anywhere in my opinion. Today's offering comes from that idea. As we approach the end of the year! Do know that you are abundant, that what you have to offer the world is uniquely yours and necessary. There is more inside!

You are not you relationships. I am not my relationships. We are not our relationships. All the ingredients that go into a relationship are what you do, believe, want or desire. But they are not you, you are not the relationship. The relationship is not your identity. If you believe the opposite how is this driving your connections; help or hindrance?

At the end of the month near the end of the year we all get a little reflective. We start running and rushing toward the next year, the next thing! What's the rush? What can you do now to change your life? You don't have to rush to the end, your fresh start happens everyday.

In life we search for life partners, friends, twin flames, soul mates, the one; not realizing that you are your longest commitment. You are the only confirmed guest at you're birth and death - both events. We focus so much on what's outside of ourselves without realizing, it all starts with self. What do you think?

You are the only confirmed guest at you're birth and death - both events. We focus so much on what's outside of ourselves without realizing, it all starts with self. We will love people make commitments and agreements to others, of course; but those relationships come after your greatest commitment which is you/self. Is this selfish, self-centered, narcissistic even? I don't believe so, but what do I mean? Consider this scripture: 'love your neighbor as yourself' (Mark 12:31) Have you heard that one before? I've come to the understanding that this scripture is meant as instructions to love and love well ourselves. If we love ourselves really, really well then in turn that will spread outside ourselves, i.e. the neighbor, friend, lover, humanity. If we love this_____person as ourselves. This can only happen when you love yourself first and best: You are your longest commitment.
We are so powerful. We constantly underestimate our power and will. Although there is something running in the background, let's call it our programs, i.e. habits, rituals, beliefs and history. So much goes into the brew that is you, and still we have power over these programs. We can change, re-write, and reboot. Today discover your programs and exercise your power.

Late night contemplation. What are you afraid of? Do your fears own or define you?

While up late one night I decided to record the questions and thoughts on my mind.. If we see the existence of something it can deepen our own internal beliefs around achievement and failure. This episode suggests the above. What do you think?
Unplanned joy requires no description. The sweetest moments in life are the ones you don't expect and are filled joy. Rolling laughter or tears it takes you by surprise and you are enveloped into a wave or roller coaster of elation.
While up late one night I decided to record the questions and thoughts on my mind... Do you believe your proximity to success breeds or nurtures your individual ability to achieve? Also, in the reverse does your proximity to failure do the same? Proximity followed by belief can nurture action. If we see the existence of something it can deepen our own internal beliefs around achievement and failure. This episode suggests the above. What do you think?

Error - Mistake They mean exactly the same. I thought they were some how different and essentially they are two words that indicate: you need to do better somehow. We've inflicted a wrong, pain or injury to others or ourselves. They carry a weight and responsibility. When they are committed the effects ripple like a drop in a pond. What does this mean?
We all make mistakes and errors happen. What's the difference, does it matter? Mistakes: an action or judgement that is misguided or wrong. Error: Mistake They mean exactly the same. I thought they were some how different and essentially they are two words that indicate: you need to do better somehow. We've inflicted a wrong, pain or injury to others or ourselves. They carry a weight and responsibility. When they are committed the effects ripple like a drop in a pond. What does this mean? We should learn from them and file them away. We aren't defined by them, but we have a responsibility to them and our victims of error. Today we will briefly explore the idea of making mistakes, forgiveness and responsibility. Be responsible.
This episode explores the idea of the many contracts we have with ourselves, arguably the most important contracts. Little decisions we make every day that reinforce and bind us to these agreements with ourselves. What are your contracts?

When most people consider happiness they think of it as a place you arrive after you have...fill in the blank(s). Once you have the job, money, clothes, lose weight, find the person to spend your life with, etc. I think it's something different.
When people consider happiness they think of it as a place you arrive after you have...fill in the blank(s). Once you have the job, money, clothes, lose weight, find the person to spend your life with, etc. In the material world happiness is associated with an object that you can obtain, collect or possess. I think happiness is something we already possess. We already own it, or it owns us. We have to dial into it. I believe possessions can create an idea that only "certain" people can be happy if they have "certain" things. Where I am suggesting we can all be happy, if we choose to manifest what is already within ourselves.
How much of who we are is the product of opinions and ideas of those whom we surround ourselves? Have a you ever considered you are the product of other people's thoughts and approval?

We have three accounts in our life that are important: Physical, Fiscal and Spiritual. Do you ever wake up and feel like, I'm empty, I'm done?
We have three accounts in our life that are important Physical, Fiscal and Spiritual. We are responsible for what fills these accounts. Do you ever just want to quit, like f*ck it? Do you ever wake up and feel like, I'm empty, I'm done? Well you are not? YOU ARE NOT EMPTY.
Relentless: expressively constant or incessant. Relentless: persistent, continuing and nonstop. The world and humans can be the first, the human spirit can be the second. Sometimes we have to embrace the coin to get the message of both sides. Be relentless.
In the beginning there was...a podcast with no name and then there was.
The word relentless can be associated with a unforgiving experience or it could be the endless spirit that pushes you toward the mark. Which version will you embrace?
