In Psalm 121, the psalmist says "I lift up my eyes to the mountains - where does my help come from?".
God grants us talents based on our abilities. We have to move at once to become a good and faithful servant. Matthew 25:14-30
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out. 1 Peter 2:9
Our life up to this point is one setup by God. So why worry? Philippians 2:14

Have faith in God. This is a simple yet powerful way to live. For with God nothing is impossible.
God has called us to a live a life of success. However as seen in Joshua 1:8, we have to study and meditate on His word and be in alignment for His will and plan for our lives.
This season, God is calling us back to focus on the foundational truth of our faith. Just like the day of pentecost and with story of the virgins, we will need to tarry and be ready for the appointed time of God's visitation.
As for me and my household, the Lord will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth, and I shall know it. He will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert in Jesus' name, Amen.

John 11:1-43 tells of the story of the death and resurrection of Lazarus by Jesus. It's a story of obedience, trust, faith, love and life which is appropriate as we celebrate Easter

It's important to understand the different types of pain, so we don't always ascribe it to the devil. Sometimes God permits us to go through pain as a test and other times we cause it for ourselves. Understanding pain, enables us address it effectively.
The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. However are we willing to let go of our old treasures to make room for the new and hidden? Matthew 13:44

We are in the world but not of it and so we must resist the current that by default favors the flesh over the spirit.
