In this episode, Brian sits down with Darren from Oregon, a seasoned paranormal investigator turned dedicated Bigfoot researcher. Darren recounts the life-changing encounter that occurred during a bachelor party in the wilderness—an experience that shifted his focus from ghost hunting to tracking cryptids. What began as one startling sighting of Bigfoot evolved into years of ongoing research, multiple encounters, and the collection of compelling evidence.Darren shares remarkable details, including thermal camera footage, massive footprints, and hidden nesting sites deep in the forest. But Bigfoot isn't the only cryptid on his radar.Darren also dives into terrifying Dogman encounters—describing chilling moments that hint at a dangerous, possibly territorial conflict between these two legendary creatures. His stories provide a rare glimpse into the shadowy edge of the unknown, where cryptids clash and researchers tread carefully. Darren also shores some of the tools that he uses in the field, including game cameras, thermal imaging, and the unexpected role of medicinal plant research in uncovering patterns in cryptid behavior.DBK Investigations YouTube Get Our FREE NewsletterGet Brian's Books Leave Us A VoicemailVisit Our WebsiteBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.

One shot in the darkness. One moment of fear-fueled panic. And everything the expedition had built with the creatures comes crashing down.In Part Three, we witness the consequences of Jim McAllister's breakdown. Haunted by war, drowning his demons in homemade whiskey, Jim opens fire on a creature standing at the edge of the firelight—and triggers a siege that will test every man's sanity. What follows is a night of absolute terror. Rocks and branches hurled from the darkness. Horses screaming as they break free and scatter. The knocking—not the measured rhythm they'd grown accustomed to, but rapid, frantic, like a thousand hammers striking in unison. And underneath it all, a sound that cuts deeper than any threat: the unmistakable cry of grief. But the creatures don't attack. They could have. They demonstrate exactly what they're capable of—and then they wait. Sam insists there's only one path forward: atonement. Each man must sacrifice something precious. Something that matters. What unfolds is a ritual of exchange that will determine whether the expedition lives or dies. The episode follows the group as they split—some returning east with the journals, others pressing deeper into territory no white man has ever seen. Ancient forests where the trees are older than memory.Creatures walking openly beside them now, no longer hiding. And a meeting with the Wyandot tribe's keeper of history—She-Who-Remembers—who delivers a warning that chills to the bone: "No one who has entered that place has returned. Not because they kill everyone who enters. But because those who enter... change."Get Our FREE NewsletterGet Brian's Books Leave Us A VoicemailVisit Our WebsiteSupport Our SponsorsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.

What is sacredness and how can I find more of it in my life? Rodger Kamenetz teaches us a spiritual practice that leads us toward a deeper experience of life. His latest book is Seeing into the Life of Things: Imagination and the Sacred Encounter. Short clip of the convo available here: https://youtu.be/rM8OGWNenhg Rodger starts by talking about what’s changed for him since releasing his pivotal book in 2007, The History of Last Night’s Dream. He talks about dream images in the context of images in memory and perception and about the power of images to bring feeling, whether those images are from waking life, from memory, or from dreams. We also talk about biophilia, the power of radical amazement, and finding meaning in waking life moments. You can find a description of his blessing practice for free at howimagesheal.com After the break we take a call from Kat from Delaware who asks about how to work with more difficult images which brings up a discussion about feeling vs reacting. Max in the studio asks how this practice is applied to waking life experiences. And finally the caller Donna, from Cleveland OH asks about anxiety and Rodger replies that terror is the perfect cure for anxiety. Rodger ends by telling us about his workshop series that begins January 14. Details and register here: JewishSpirituality.org/courses-programs/seeing-into-the-life-of-things-imagination-and-the-sacred-encounter/ BIO: Rodger Kamenetz founded Natural Dreamwork, an international group of twenty dreamwork practitioners. His sixteen books of poetry and prose include The History of Last Night's Dream featured on Oprah Winfrey's Soul Series and The Jew in the Lotus, an international bestseller. Tonight's guest is Fred, calling in from Sweden. He's the researcher and writer behind the book Northern Lights: High Strangeness in Sweden. Fred walks us through a series of his experiences scattered across Sweden and Norway, a violent interaction with an invisible force on a bridge in Stockholm, a shadow figure leaning out from behind a tree no person could hide behind, a perfect circle of ground light in Märsta, and the haunting footsteps that circled a cabin in a Norwegian valley that scared Fred before dawn. He also shares stories of the odd little man who appeared during his youth, in the forest, along the roadside, and even in a shop, always looking at him, never speaking.More information on this episode on the podcast website:https://ufochroniclespodcast.com/ep-366-high-strangeness-in-sweden/Hidden Cults (Promo)It is a documentary-style podcast that digs deep into the world's most extreme, elusive, and explosive fringe groups. In this gripping episode of Sasquatch Odyssey, Fred from Alaska shares two unforgettable encounters from the remote Alaskan backcountry—stories that still stand among my all-time favorites. The first takes us to the Savage River, where Douglas from Anchorage joins a search effort for the missing Mary Wilson. What begins as a somber mission quickly turns unsettling as unexplained sounds echo through the wilderness and Douglas comes face-to-face with something massive, silent, and unmistakably watching him from the shadows. The second encounter unfolds on the Yna River during what was supposed to be a routine trout fishing trip with Chris, Doug, and Fred. The calm of the river is shattered when rocks begin raining down from the treeline, their canoe mysteriously vanishes, and blood-curdling screams erupt in the darkness. Forced into a desperate overnight escape, the men realize they're being stalked by something intelligent, elusive, and terrifyingly persistent.Get Our FREE NewsletterGet Brian's Books Leave Us A VoicemailVisit Our WebsiteSupport Our SponsorsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.

One shot in the darkness. One moment of fear-fueled panic. And everything the expedition had built with the creatures comes crashing down.In Episode Three, we witness the consequences of Jim McAllister's breakdown. They demonstrate exactly what they're capable of—and then they wait.Sam insists there's only one path forward: atonement. Each man must sacrifice something precious. Something that matters. What unfolds is a ritual of exchange that will determine whether the expedition lives or dies. The episode follows the group as they split—some returning east with the journals, others pressing deeper into territory no white man has ever seen.Ancient forests where the trees are older than memory. Creatures walking openly beside them now, no longer hiding. And a meeting with the Wyandot tribe's keeper of history—She-Who-Remembers—who delivers a warning that chills to the bone: "No one who has entered that place has returned. Not because they kill everyone who enters. But because those who enter... change."

In this episode, Brian welcomes John from Kansas for a deep and personal conversation about his journey into the world of Sasquatch research. What began as childhood fascination sparked by the iconic Patterson–Gimlin film evolved into a serious pursuit influenced by modern-day researchers and firsthand experiences.John shares the details of his first encounter—a startling daytime sighting in Missouri where a mysterious creature appeared to parallel his group's movements. He also discusses the compelling evidence he's documented over time, including complex tree structures, recorded wood knocks, unexplained vocalizations, and ongoing field investigations both locally and beyond. The discussion goes beyond sightings and evidence, diving into the emotional weight of cryptid research, the internal struggle between skepticism and belief, and how personal experiences can fundamentally reshape one's understanding of the unknown.Get Our FREE NewsletterGet Brian's Books Leave Us A VoicemailVisit Our WebsiteSupport Our SponsorsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.

TOPIC: PROVOKING FEARFUL FAVOUR FOR A GLORIOUS FUTURE PREACHER: Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa SCRIPTURES Genesis 1:1 Judges 6:12, 17 Genesis 13:1–2 Malachi 1:9 Philemon 1:6 Proverbs 3:4 Proverbs 13:15 KEY POINTS 1. Preparation Is the Mother of Success Nothing happens by accident in the Kingdom of God. Preparation positions a person for favor. 2. Understanding Favor Favor beautifies life and gives it meaning. Favor is the spice of life — it adds value and attractiveness. The strength of men cannot bring lasting victory; favor does. When a man is favored, his life becomes constructed, not scattered.

In this episode, Joel Crawford and Cody Frost, two experienced overlanders, share a chilling overnight encounter deep in Washington State's Gifford Pinchot National Forest, near Ape Canyon, Muddy River, and the infamous Dark Divide. What began as a routine camping trip quickly turned unsettling when unexplained radio-like static, heavy footsteps, and coordinated movement around their camp broke the silence of the forest. As the night progressed, something physically shook a detached overland trailer, despite no visible animals or people nearby. Later, strange call-and-response vocalizations echoed through the ravine, moving rapidly through dense old-growth forest. Multiple members of the group—including children—heard the activity, confirming this was not an isolated experience. This episode explores possible Sasquatch activity, unexplained phenomena reported by overlanders, and why the Gifford Pinchot National Forest continues to be one of the most mysterious and active areas for unexplained encounters in North America.ResourcesJeremiah's hat worn in this episode provided by Squatch'n game and available at https://playitforwardstudios.com/Joel and Cody on Salish Sasquatch Channel - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Y07p13RgOU&t=1634s

In this episode of Bigfoot Society, a listener named Stevie shares a chilling firsthand encounter from Rock Creek, Maryland, where unexplained Bigfoot-like whooping sounds echoed through dense woods late at night—so close that his former Marine stepfather stepped outside with a gun and later installed security cameras around the home. The sounds erupted near Rock Creek Park, just minutes from Washington DC, an area surrounded by neighborhoods, highways, and urban development. Multiple witnesses heard the same vocalizations, including neighbors and reacting dogs throughout the area.Stevie also recounts an earlier unexplained experience from Colorado's Grand Mesa, where something silently removed food from a campsite cooler and carefully arranged cans on a picnic table—behavior that didn't match known wildlife.

You can SEE your dreams, but are you letting the process build you for them? In the message, Dr. Gabriel Allen Powell reminds us: revelation comes before the refining, and the refining is necessary.Seasons—both literal and metaphorical—are not accidental, but part of God's divine order. God created seasons to keep the earth in order. This truth sets the foundation for understanding that change, process, and even pain are woven into the very fabric of our spiritual journey and personal development.Don't rush into your next season. The season you're in is not a punishment, but preparation for your purpose. Tonight's guest is Poly, calling from Israel, but her experiences began in Bogotá, Colombia in the early 1980s, when she experienced a black triangle with three lights. Time froze, sound vanished, and streams of green numbers filled her mind, giving her a sudden understanding that the craft was not human. Years later in Israel, Poly underwent surgery where doctors discovered what appeared to be a tiny metallic cube inside a ruptured pituitary cyst. Around the same period, she began dreaming of waking in a red desert landscape environment, guided by a black-eyed child toward a simple canvas tent that opened into a large craft. Inside were human women in labour, hybrid infants, and a tall mantis-like figure directing the activity.More information on this episode on the podcast website:https://ufochroniclespodcast.com/ep-365-desert-light/Hidden Cults (Promo)It is a documentary-style podcast that digs deep into the world's most extreme, elusive, and explosive fringe groups.
