Thank God for Tom DeLonge After and during the course of a prolific musical career, one of the most important movers in the paranormal/unsolved niche since Thomas Baker Slick Jr. would do something that - to put it lightly - would send shockwaves across the world. In 2017 the To The Stars Academy released what are probably the most impactful pieces of hard evidence regarding the UFO/UAP question to the public. This was going to be a quick episode highlighting a particularly interesting Mesoamerican shapeshifter. Then it turned into a rabbit hole of coincidence and apparent linkages with other folk tales which literally blew our minds. Sasquatch has a long and interesting history in Texas. We dig into sightings from the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization database, some known hoaxes, and then wax poetic about whether or not false sightings can be a good thing. This episode was a weird one. We almost scrapped it and started over, but that seemed a waste. What was supposed to be an episode on Sasquatch in Texas turned into something else entirely, and we're still not completely satisfied with the overall flow.
