West Coast Athletics: Pac-12 & Mountain West Insights
College Football Week 9 is here and this season is flying by too quickly. Oregon vs. Washington State is the most intriguing game on the board after a blockbuster week 8. Colorado hosts USC on Friday. Utah hosts CAL with CAL possibly starting a true freshman QB. Stanford plays Arizona.
We discuss a love of bacon, the Pac-12 chances for the playoff, and Oregon v Washington, UCLA surprising Stanford, OSU beating Cal, Utah beating ASU, and the blowouts of USC v Arizona and WSU vs. Colorado.
Week 7 is here and another busy slate in the conference. A banged up Colorado team travels to Eugene to face the ducks on Friday night. Arizona State begins their play again after a by against WSU. The Trojans head to Notre Dame, we think they can cover but not sure they can win. Can Oregon State pull off another upset at home against Utah, probably not and we are staying away from the game. The best matchup comes in the evening as UW on back to back road games play a hot Arizona team....
Stanford pulled off an impressive win against UW. The north seems to have a clear frontrunner with Oregon after they held onto win against CAL. Arizona is now showing to be a contender in the South while Oregon State got their first Pac-12 win. Another crazy week discussed in the PAC12!
Colorado squares off with Arizona. Will Khalil Tate be healthy in Boulder? UW vs. Stanford, this could get ugly quickly folks. Our favorite game is Oregon State vs. UCLA, great spot to take the Beavers. We also discuss Cal @ Oregon.
ASU upset CAL on Friday night to start week 5 in the Conference of Champions! UW took care of USC at home and is showing that the Pac-12 North will be decided in Seattle. Utah dismantled WSU, Stanford edges out OSU, and UCLA misses a field goal late to lose to Arizona.
Pac-12 Football week 5 is here and we are fully in conference play. CAL hosts ASU on a Friday night football matchup. On Saturday, the day is kicked off with the conferences two traditional powers of UW hosting USC in a very intriguing matchup. We finish the day Stanford @ OSU, WSU traveling to Utah, and UCLA @ Arizona.

Hello Everyone, Week 3 is here and its time to use that knowledge we learned from the first two weeks of games to our benefit. Please note, moving forward we will not be covering every Pac-12 of Mountain West matchup. We will always be looking at the 7 best opportunities or biggest games for us and our subscribers. Who is on this weeks list… Hawaii @ Army - Tough spot for the Rainbow Warriors. Early kick-off on the east coast against a team that will pound the ball. Boise State @ OK State - Huge game for the Broncos. People don't realize the implications this game has towards BSU chances of being the “Group of 5” team or to sneak-in to the playoffs. Colorado State @ Florida - One team is undefeated in SEC play. The other is still looking for their first victory against an SEC opponent. The Rams could be in for a long day. The bright spot could be an over inflated live number on the Rams. USC @ Texas - The Trojans got beat-up and out-coached on the road at Stanford. Now the men of Troy get back on the road and head to Austin. We like Texas and it may not be close. Fresno State @ UCLA - This game is currently is a PK. You are crazy not to take the Bulldogs. Jeff Tedford can coach and his team is just better. UCLA will improve, they need time. UW @ UTAH - You might notice a trend this week. We are taking the dogs across the board. In this case, not the Huskies, we are taking the Utes and the points. These games are always close and I think Utah wins the game straight up. ASU @ SDSU - This is a game where we learn a lot about these two teams. We think SDSU was a couple broken plays away from playing with Stanford tight. ASU had a big win at home against Sparty last week. How do the Sun Devils perform in their first road game. This one is going to be tough for Herm to win. We are taking SDSU and the points. Take a listen and comment below. - Pony
