Sans WeChat, on ne peut strictement rien faire : payer, s'identifier, réserver un billet. Cette dépendance crée un mélange étrange de confort et d'oppression, renforcé par la biométrie systématique aux frontières et la surveillance omniprésente. Malgré cela, l'efficacité est bluffante. J'ai compris que Shenzhen est pensée comme une scène technologique destinée à montrer, très explicitement, la puissance numérique chinoise.Comment avez-vous vécu l'expérience des robotaxis et des robots humanoïdes ?Les robotaxis ont été une découverte spectaculaire. J'ai utilisé un taxi autonome de Pony.ai pour quelques euros à peine, une démonstration assumée de maturité technologique. Certaines voitures roulent totalement sans chauffeur, d'autres disposent d'un superviseur immobile, volontairement mis en retrait pour prouver la fiabilité du système. C'est fluide, précis, impressionnant. Du côté de la robotique humanoïde, j'ai visité les laboratoires d'Engine AI. Leurs robots marchent, courent, se rattrapent, dansent, manipulent des objets avec des gestes très crédibles. Mais tout est téléopéré : aucune autonomie réelle. Les vidéos virales que nous voyons montrent des machines pilotées à distance. La mécanique est brillante, mais la couche d'intelligence embarquée manque encore pour évoluer dans un environnement complexe.Quel regard portez-vous sur la compétition technologique entre la Chine, les États-Unis et le Japon ?La Chine mène aujourd'hui une offensive technologique assumée. En IA, des modèles comme Kimi cherchent clairement à rivaliser avec les modèles américains. En robotique ou en mobilité autonome, la communication est massive, calculée, internationale. À l'inverse, le Japon m'a semblé en retrait. Lors d'un échange avec l'ancien ministre de la Transformation Numérique, j'ai été frappé d'entendre Mistral cité comme exemple positif de stratégie souveraine. On voit bien que la compétition ne se joue plus seulement sur la performance brute mais sur la vitesse d'exécution, la frugalité, la cohérence stratégique et le récit.Qu'avez-vous observé en Asie concernant l'image de la France et ses opportunités ?J'ai été surpris par la puissance de la marque France dans toute l'Asie. À Séoul, Hong Kong ou Singapour, j'ai vu des dizaines de marques jouant la carte française, parfois sans lien réel avec la France. Notre imaginaire séduit : design, qualité, exigence, poésie. Nous sous-exploitons clairement ce potentiel. Des acteurs français comme Dassault Systèmes, Airbus ou TotalEnergies y jouissent déjà d'un immense respect. Je suis convaincu que nous pourrions créer bien plus de valeur en combinant technologies venues d'ailleurs et excellence française dans l'expérience, le software ou la conception. There is a wide range of body types within the breed, stemming from the influence of multiple breeds of horses throughout its history. Each horse's color pattern is genetically the result of various spotting patterns overlaid on top of one of several recognized base coat colors. The color pattern of the Appaloosa is of interest to those who study equine coat color genetics, as it and several other physical characteristics are linked to the leopard complex mutation (LP). Appaloosas are prone to develop equine recurrent uveitis and congenital stationary night blindness; the latter has been linked to the leopard complex.Artwork depicting prehistoric horses with leopard spotting exists in prehistoric cave paintings in Europe. Images of domesticated horses with leopard spotting patterns appeared in artwork from Ancient Greece and Han dynasty China through the early modern period. In North America, the Nez Perce people of what today is the United States Pacific Northwest developed the original American spotted breed. Settlers once referred to these spotted horses as the "Palouse horse", possibly after the Palouse River, which ran through the heart of Nez Perce country. Gradually, the name evolved into Appaloosa.The Nez Perce lost most of their horses after the Nez Perce War in 1877, and the breed fell into decline for several decades. A small number of dedicated breeders preserved the Appaloosa as a distinct breed until the Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) was formed as the breed registry in 1938. Tobin and Leroy break down Kel'el Ware's performance last night, and Tobin likes his new shiny toy in Simone Fontecchio as the gang gets into the Thanksgiving spirit with Leroy giving everyone a step-by-step breakdown of how to fry a turkey. Is Jimmy Butler dodging his return to Miami? Tobin happens to think so, while Leroy is sick of the load management in professional sports and thinks why people are getting hurt. Brittney has the rant of all rants as she gets heated talking about Jaelan Phillips and him seemingly forgetting where he came from, and we play our favorite Tuesday game Damage is Done with Benstiller, friendly fire and more hate on Jaelan Phillips. Leroy tries to convince Tobin and Brittney that Notre Dame deserves to be higher than the Canes in the College Football Playoff, but Tobin is neither impressed nor hearing it. The gang is then joined by Doug Plagens as he talks about how fun the back-to-back Stanley Cup runs have been to call, the teams struggles and hopes for a threepeat, and of course Leroy asks him all his pressing and ridiculous Hockey questions. Campbell Takes the Wheel, Offense Floors It The Detroit Lions put their stamp on Week 10. They routed the Commanders by 22. They hung 44 and rolled up more than 550 yards. The record moved to 6-3. First place in the NFC North followed after the Eagles beat the Packers. The headline was simple. Dan Campbell took over the offense, and the Detroit Lions looked like themselves again. This was the most dynamic snap-to-whistle showing of the season. The calls came out fast. The ball came out faster. The NFL is a rhythm league, and Detroit lived in rhythm. Jared Goff hit receivers in stride and let speed do the rest. Crossing routes stacked yards after catch. Tendencies softened. The heavy 12 personnel looks did not announce run and stall drives. The Detroit Lions added layers, kept Washington off balance, and strung answers together all afternoon. Rhythm Over Hero Ball The Detroit Lions Podcast broke down one sequence that captured the shift. Pony personnel out of the gun. Two backs on the field. Jahmyr Gibbs flared to the flat as the hot answer. David Montgomery inserted and stoned a free rusher. Goff hit the outlet and the sticks moved. Simple. Clean. Smart. That is what this offense can be when the first answer is built in. Concepts stacked nicely. Shallow crossers for Jameson Williams to run. A dig when leverage opened. Amon-Ra St. Brown on the slant. The Detroit Lions leaned into what their roster does best. Gibbs in space. Montgomery in pass protection and as a hammer. Goff as a point guard. The unit played connected football, and Washington never found the answers. Locker Room Temperature and What Comes Next There was also an undercurrent here. The previous play-caller's public criticism of the offensive line lingered. That kind of commentary belongs in the building. Not in front of microphones. The change arrived like a soft firing or a mutual reset. Either way, Campbell's voice carried, and the offense responded. Trust matters. Fourth-and-two calls tell a team everything. Campbell's aggression and clarity fueled confidence. Players know when the head coach believes in them. They played like it. Detroit sits at 6-3 after the statement win. The next test is heavy. The Eagles await on Sunday night in Week 11. That stage will demand the same tempo, the same answers-first sequencing, and the same discipline that beat Washington. Keep the ball moving. Keep Goff in rhythm. Keep Gibbs and Montgomery involved. Rachel and Simon speak with the screenwriter and novelist James Alistair Henry. James first started writing while working as a bookseller. He joined the writing team for Channel 4's "Smack the Pony" and went on to write the BAFTA-award winning "Green Wing", ITV comedy "Delivery Man" and sitcom "Campus" as well as episodes for the children's television shows "Bob The Builder" and "Hey Duggee". His Radio 4 sketch show, "Wosson Cornwall", was selected as BBC Radio Comedy of the Week and his newest sitcom, "Piglets", has been commissioned for a second series. James's recent debut novel, "Pagans", set in an alternate 21st-century Britain where Christianity, the Norman Conquest and the Industrial Revolution never happened, has been optioned for TV by production company Media Res.
