To support this ministry financially, visit: https://www.oneplace.com/donate/640/29 Too often we find ourselves in a spiritual rut where we stay immature and childish rather than taking on the responsibility of growing up. We need to get to a point where we can raise new Christians to become spiritually mature, but we cannot do that unless we are growing as well.
It's easy to find ourselves in a spiritual rut. We can get stuck in infancy or childhood or adolescence instead of taking responsibility for our spiritual growth so we can mature in our relationship with God. But as long as we choose to live in immaturity, we'll never be able to raise new Christians to become disciples and make disciples themselves.

The Euro 2020 (in 2021) group stage are in the books. We look ahead to the choice games in the round of 16, including an English nationalist wet dream or nightmare waiting to happen, and the babyface-versus-babyface clash between plucky Wales and Team of Destiny Denmark.Among the medium to mild takes from the group games, Andrew ventures the idea that Bukayo Saka may in fact be very good – an idea that Wogan has been trumpeting for as long as he can remember. Was Hugo Lloris punching Danilo in the head the new The Dress meme? Is VAR's relative absence a blessing? And what monster has Cristiano Ronaldo unleashed on the interns at Coca-Cola and Heineken?Meanwhile on the domestic front, we wonder why nobody and their dog want to take the vacant managerial role at Spurs, and if Crystal Palace will be managed by a thick-paint realist painter or an actual football manager. Not Football, our boy Jon 'Hamm' Rahm clinches his first major. Did Covid-19 give him super powers? And is he one of golf's big stars now? That's before we wonder whether villains like Saracens unite sports fans in disgust, if you need to have a take on transgender athletes before you know what you're talking about (hint: you don't), NFL star Carl Nassib coming out publicly, and whether these are the least sexy NBA Championship semi-finalists you can imagine.Enjoy the show.Every week on Left Field, Wogan and Allen dissect the latest in Football and Not Football. On today's episode of Barstool Bench Mob, the guys recap an action-packed Sweet 16 that featured some blowouts, three 1-seeds advancing, and one stunning upset. In the West Region (03:13), we had two blowouts with Gonzaga and USC set to meet in the Elite Eight. Can anybody stop the Bulldogs and if so, is it Evan Mobley and the Trojans? Is this the toughest matchup the Zags will have faced all season? Marty and Rico both believe in the Trojans chances for an upset. In the East Region (11:48) we saw the major upset of the weekend with UCLA outlasting Alabama in overtime. The Crimson Tide's struggles at the foul line probably cost them the game and the Bench Mob some money. Mick Cronin's squad is heading to the Elite Eight in a matchup against 1-seed Michigan. The Wolverines smoked Florida State and are poised for another trip to the Final Four. Is Michigan the most underrated team left in the field? In the Midwest Region (33:33), the Beavers continue their Cinderella run after beating Loyola-Chicago in an absolute rock fight. Oregon State's defense has helped propel them to an unlikely Elite Eight matchup against Houston on Monday. The Cougars were able to figure out the Syracuse zone and get past the Orange. Do Marty and Jake finally believe in Houston despite only beating double-digit seeds so far? Over to the South Region (46:38) where the 1-seed Baylor Bears and 3-seed Arkansas Razorbacks will meet in an electric Elite Eight game Monday night. Arkansas barely survived after Max Abmas' last-second shot just missed. Jared Butler struggled against Villanova but the Bears overcame a 7-point halftime deficit to advance. Do the Razorbacks have the firepower to stay with Baylor? And we also have an Elite Eight set in the Women's Tournament (01:01:41) with three 1-seeds headlining the field including Paige Bueckers and UConn. And we wrap things up discussing Indiana's hiring of Mike Woodson (01:05:26). Don't forget to subscribe, rate, and review to Barstool Bench Mob and follow us on Twitter and Instagram @stoolbenchmob
The NBA trade deadline saw a flurry of action and we talk winners and losers (2:35 - 14:50). The Bears are trolling Big Cat but he has a plan to fight back (14:50 - 19:46). Sweet 16 preview and we welcome on Alabama Head Coach Nate Oats to talk about the tourney, math, Hurley brothers, and more (19:46 - 70:23). We finish with Fyre fest of the week
On today's Sweet 16 preview of Barstool Bench Mob, we kick things off with the Saturday slate. 8-seed Loyola-Chicago matches up against 12-seed Oregon State (03:55). Are the Ramblers the favorite to come out of the region? Next up, Baylor faces Villanova and Rico and Marty think the Bears run away with it and move on to the Elite Eight (09:19). Do the Wildcats have a shot without Collin Gillespie? The winner of that game will meet the winner of Arkansas and the Cinderella of the tournament, Oral Roberts (12:04). The Razorbacks beat the Golden Eagles earlier in the season. So how will the rematch go? Can Max Abmas and Kevin Obanor lead Oral Roberts to an upset? And the final game on Saturday features Houston and Syracuse (19:23). Can Buddy Boeheim stay red-hot and lead the Orange to another upset? Rico thinks the Cougars pose a tough matchup for Boeheim and Co. Then we welcome the hottest shooter in the country, Syracuse guard Buddy Boeheim to talk about Syracuse's run in the NCAA tournament, life as a coach's son, and how tough his dad's 2-3 zone can be on opponents. Plus - Buddy promises to incorporate a new celebration after a three-pointer. (24:30) We move on to Sunday's slate and kick things off with Gonzaga and Creighton (43:25). The Zags are huge favorites but can Marcus Zegarowski get hot enough to pull off the miracle? The only chalk-matchup of the tournament is in the East Region with 1-seed Michigan and 4-seed Florida State (45:54). Is this the best matchup of the Sweet 16? Do the Seminoles have an answer for Hunter Dickinson? The Wolverines or Seminoles take on the winner of UCLA vs. Alabama (48:26). Can the Bruins slow down Nate Oats' 3-point-heavy Crimson Tide offense? And the final game of the Sweet 16 is a Pac-12 matchup between Oregon and USC (51:05). How do the Ducks match up with the Mobleys? The Trojans seem to be the consensus pick among the Bench Mob and Rico makes a bold prediction for a potential Gonzaga-USC Elite Eight matchup. And we wrap things up with an update from the Women's NCAA Tournament which features red-hot UConn led by Paige Bueckers (54:52). Don't forget to rate, review, and subscribe to Barstool Bench Mob and make sure to follow us on Twitter and Instagram @stoolbenchmob for the latest highlights, scores and news.
