With confidence I think I can say one of the MOST confusing aspects of caring for an aging senior is insurance. And honestly, I have worked with so many difference providers of long term care insurance, traditional health insurance, and government insurance...its all confusing. But as confusing as it is, we have to understand it. At least enough to avoid errors.
