EPISODE 19 | Marge Simpson makes a special guest appearance. Andy has lost his voice and Al has been banned from Facebook. What a week! After their viral video of Alisson Becker scoring a last minute header reached over 300,000 people, the Facebook gods punished Al for copyright infringements. Andy talks about how he has started eating lasagne with his bear hands and the Arts Bar is back open. The loads get pretty deep about how they are feeling about normality being restored and the struggles that come with is. But as usual, it is all fun and games at Man On HQ. Tom currently lives in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam, working in the Predator product marketing team for Adidas. The lads talk to Tom about how it feels to live so far from home during the pandemic and how that has affected his mental health. They talk stories of times gone by, plans for the future and more. EPISODE 15 | This week the lads are joined by Gerard Brand, writer at Sky Sports, Samaritans volunteer, life coach and so much more. The lads really delved deep in to both subjects that they often talk about, football & mental health. Gerard shares his stories and expertise on both matters as the lads do their best to raise awareness for mental health and use football as a vehicle to do so. EPISODE 14 | The week fans saved football. On Sunday the plans for the proposed European Super League were announced. On Tuesday, it was finished. The lads let you know what they think. After what seems like a lifetime, the lads got to enjoy a nice cold pint together. However, Andy is enraged by the notion of ‘half a lager' and it is quickly thrown in to the return of Slander Hour. EPISODE 13 | The shops are back open, we can drink outside, normality is returning. This week Andy claims to have seen a 'nipple-less' T-Shirt in Zara as people queued up for Clintons Cards. Al found out that Andy uses ambient noise to help him sleep and in true 'Man On' fashion, took the mick. The Nation lost Prince Phillip, but Andy is not convinced. EPISODE 12 | “Do you know how many calories are in that?” This week Andy takes a trip to ALDI only to be stopped by the newly appointed ‘Calorie Man'. As restrictions are lifted in the UK, the boys managed to get a game of 5-a-side in with their mates and we hear how that has helped them have a positive week. The Maltese Premier League has postponed for a whole month due to a COVID-19 outbreak, so Andy has decided to start an OnlyFans. EPISODE 9 | Things have got that strange in lockdown that Andy has decided to stick 'Call On Me', climbs into his lycra, gets in to 'Downward Facing Dog' and gets a raging hard-on. In a week filled with highs and lows, the lads discuss the growing concern of heartburn as you get older, falling off trampolines and snogging chickens at house parties. With little football news coming from the Maltese league, Al decided to share some songs he has written for the Hibernians fans to sing.
