In 1990, 11 year old Jaycee Lee Dugard was kidnapped from her California home while her stepfather watched helpless. 18 years later after being held in captivity and bearing two daughters to her captor, Jaycee was found alive. Follow along with us as we dive more into the kidnapping of Jaycee and how she and her daughters were set free.

Laci Peterson was eight months pregnant and walking her dog when she first went missing. Her dog was found later that day, walking around the neighborhood wearing his leash. Laci was not with him and did not return. Popular in the press and the time of the murder and brought to the public eye again in a Netflix documentary, listen along with the Vixens as they go over what happened and the trial of Scott Peterson, Laci's husband and the father of her child.

This week, The Vixens brought Kalief Browder's case to the table. Highlighted in Time: The Kalief Browder Story on Netflix, Kalief was the inspiration for hundreds of prison reform movements, justice system reforms and more in the African American communitd. Kalief Browder spent three years in mostly solitary confinement, brutally beaten by COs, and kept in jail for a crime he did not commit, while never being convicted for that crime. Bodie, California is not the last of the California ghost towns, but it is one of the most famous. Multiple movies have been filmed here and books have been written about the town. In episode two, the vixens stay in Cincinnati and dive into a rough case. The Angel of Death, Azreal, is an archangel. He separates the souls from bodies at death. In this story, we talk about a man who self proclaims himself as the angel of death. Co-workers remember calling him the "Kiss of Death." Over the course of his killings some estimate that he killed up to 87 people.Most of these victims are elderly patients in hospitals with low outcomes of survival. Despite this, these patients did not get the proper handling they were due. If you suspect any type of elderly abuse, it is your duty to report it. In episode one, the vixens bring you a tale that's close to home for them. A woman who claims she suffered abuse and mistreatment by someone who vowed to love her until death due them part. Well, part of that came true. While Linda Couch never officially reported the abuse, she did tell family members and friends that Walter abused both her and their first born child. Linda had finally had enough and wanted to end the abuse. What she first describes as an accident, Walter ends up dead with a bullet in the back of the head.
